Metamorphosis is a word from biology that describes how some animals, like butterflies or frogs, transform completely from their young form into their adult form. But it can also describe the changes we go through in life — shifts in mindset, habits, or circumstances that shape who we are. Change is not something to fear. Often, the hardest times shape us, challenge us, and help us grow into stronger, wiser versions of ourselves. 🩵🦋

It’s no secret that when you’re learning a new language, consistency and practice are key. But sometimes it’s hard to find fun ways to practice and improve your English. One great solution is to gamify the learning process. When learning feels like play, your brain relaxes — and that’s when real progress happens. For example, there’s a game called Wordle by The New York Times. Every day, you get 6 attempts to guess a new 5-letter word. It’s a fun daily challenge that helps you learn new words and think more actively in English. The first time I played, I suddenly realized how hard it is to come up with even one 5-letter English word on the spot. But that struggle is actually the magic part. You think, you try, you fail, you adjust — and when you finally guess the word, the feeling is so satisfying.
