Seven years. That’s how long we’ve been fighting Australia’s largest wage theft case for thousands of underpaid casual coal miners.
Some workers are owed up to $211,000. Others have been stripped of more than $40,000 a year.
When we first exposed the broken governance and dodgy practices surrounding Coal Long Service Leave (Coal LSL), they told us we were wrong. Now? We stand completely vindicated.
A new bill is moving through parliament and we have serious concerns. It actually gives delinquent employers a 20% discount on entitlements they should have paid in full.
Our 3 core goals since 2019 have been to:
🡪 Get Central Queensland and Hunter Valley miners every dollar of their just, moral, and legal entitlements.
🡪 Stop the use of unlawfully processed enterprise agreements once and for all.
🡪 Deliver justice against the employers, union bosses, and agencies who colluded to rip off these hard-working Australians.

| 4 | In Senate Estimates, I questioned the government on how they plan to achieve $38 billion in proposed NDIS savings.
While making the scheme sustainable is vital, officials confirmed the savings aren't just coming from stopping fraud - they're also coming from major structural changes to participant support.
Minister McAllister noted that recovering funds from fraud doesn't equal government savings, as those funds go back into participant plans.
The priority must always be stopping fraud and rorts, not cutting essential services for vulnerable Australians who truly need the scheme.

During the 70s, 80s and 90s, up to 20,000 people were caught up in a scandal that resulted in serious injury and death.

The Albanese Government keeps insisting it gave "zero assistance" to repatriate ISIS-linked individuals. Yet, the evidence shows ministerial meetings, advocacy coordination, passport help, DNA testing, citizenship paperwork and a $100 million-funded NGO quietly managing the logistics.
These women entered declared terrorist zones, joined listed organisations, and in some cases, allegedly participated in the enslavement of Yazidi women -- offences carrying penalties of up to 25 years. Two have been charged. Why not the rest?

| 9 | During this session with Australia Post, I raised concerns from local outlet operators like Kylie in Agnes Waters, who face increasing operational pressures.
Australia Post confirmed that while they are not actively cutting over-the-counter services, telecommunications companies, government agencies, and banks are driving down physical transactions by raising manual fees, pushing digital channels, or pulling services like Western Union.
Addressing the abrupt closure of the Coleambally Post Office, Australia Post explained it resulted from a licensee walking away without notice. To maintain local parcel, mail, and expanding financial services, they partnered with the town's pharmacy, a co-location model now operating across 82 locations nationwide.
I confirmed that ANZ officially joined Bank@Post on October 1st, bringing the total number of participating financial institutions to 81.
There is a need for physical over-the-counter banking in the bush. One Nation we will establish a People's Bank to provide a full range of banking services to everyday Australians using the Bank@Post system. This will make Post Offices profitable again and improve banking options for all Australians.

| 10 | During my second session with AHPRA, I asked their representatives about their neutrality, bureaucratic overreach and entanglement with radical ideological and political advocacy groups.
When I asked whether AHPRA caseworkers even possess the basic competence to distinguish between a psychoanalytic view of psychosis and a genuine psychotic disorder, or whether they're weaponising ignorance to take unwarranted action against doctors, he could not provide an answer and took it on notice.
More importantly, I am extremely concerned about AHPRA’s institutional alignment with politicised organisations such as ACON and its Pride in Diversity program, including their active membership and participation in the Australian Workplace Equality Index.

| 11 | During this session with NDIS officials, I questioned them on their progress in tackling fraud within the scheme.
Here's an overview of how non-compliance and fraud are being tackled:
👉 29,000 tip-offs received annually, though not all represent actual fraud, with issues ranging from accidental errors to organised crime.
👉 Thousands of Australian Business Numbers are currently placed under manual payment controls and enhanced automated screening.
👉 400 active NDIS investigations are currently being handled by the NDIS Commission and taskforce partners out of 660 total taskforce cases.
👉 25 convictions have been recorded with sentences including up to 6 years in prison. Dozens of more cases are currently in the prosecution phase or awaiting final court sentencing.
Mr Dardo stressed that regulatory oversight relies on a full spectrum of interventions—from automated payment blocks to criminal prosecutions—to plug integrity leaks effectively.
Every step must be taken to ensure the NDIS remains financially sustainable and accessible for Australians that genuinely depend on it.

| 12 |  Government-run industries and state-owned supermarkets sound like a fantasy, yet we all know that when politicians try to control everything, everyday Australians pay the price through total government overreach, inefficiency, and incompetence.
Imagine if you will a Greens-run government supermarket: no plastic packaging (bring your own bags and scoop out your purchase), Aboriginal Australians would shop first, then migrants with brown skin — Senator Faruqi's description, not mine — then gay and bi folk, then men dressed as women, followed by actual women, and then straight white men last, if anything is left.
And the store is only open for 20 minutes on Friday morning because employees are absent on paid leave for everything from stress to gender reassignments to union meetings, or annual leave from having leave. Not to mention – working from home.

Their pile-on was nothing more than a distraction from the truth now spilling out in the United States. Anthony Fauci's — a primary face of the federal COVID-19 response in the US — own dairies and phone records expose the lies, the cover-ups, and the man-made origins of COVID.
These documents show exactly what I've been saying for years. COVID was engineered, the public was misled, early treatments were suppressed, and the injections were pushed despite known failures and risks.
While the media called me a "conspiracy theorist", Nobel-willing scientists and US defence officials were confirming the same facts.
Every Australian was lied to, jabbed or unjabbed. Every one of us!
This is why we need a full royal commission into COVID. No more cover-ups. No more corporate influence over public health.

| 15 | I questioned representatives from AHPRA regarding their heavy-handed and unjustified actions against Dr Amos, an academic psychiatrist from North Queensland.
On 26 February 2026, the Medical Board of Australia slapped immediate restrictions on Dr Amos's medical registration, banning him from patient contact and social media commentary on gender.
This move was triggered by just four complaints (three were anonymous and none were from patients) concerning three X posts — one questioning whether trans identification can be differentiated from psychosis and another using biological pronouns during an exchange.
When I asked Dr Orchard whether a health practitioner has the right to refer to biological sex, or if doing so constitutes discrimination, they hid behind vague codes of conduct and social media guidelines instead of giving a straight answer. | 1 233 |
| 16 |  Australians can't afford Labor's reckless spending.
The Labor government introduced legislation to raise fuel excise by 16 cents a litre, which once you add GST and margins, means an extra 32 cents per litre at the pump for families and small businesses.
Instead of overtaxing Aussies to fund wasteful projects, a One Nation government would cut the waste. We would:
➡️ Terminate all Net Zero spending, including associated departments, grants, and subsidies.
➡️ End funding to the "Aboriginal industry", replacing it with direct grants to local councils for housing, infrastructure, and community support.
➡️ Scrap Snowy Hydro 2.0, saving taxpayers from a financial sinkhole that could reach $100 billion.
➡️ Cancel the $3.8 billion federal allocation for Victoria's Suburban Rail Loop, an insane project projected to cost $216 billion that serves to line the pockets of union bosses.

| 17 |  One Nation stands with Senator Lambie in calling out Labor's disgraceful treatment of Australian veterans.
These men and women put their lives on the line for our country. Their lives.
And Labor repays them by forcing them into a broken system where claims drag on for a year, 103,000 cases sit in limbo, and veterans are denied any choice of provider.
And now, as if they haven't suffered enough, Labor wants to slap a $5,0000 cap on their allied health care on top of all that.
Enough is enough.
Veterans deserve respect, not bureaucratic cruelty. They deserve proper care, not a cap that cuts off physio, OT, psychology and rehab halfway through the year. They deserve choice, not a government-paid assessor who cuts corners.
Labor's waste, hypocrisy and deceit have left veterans abandoned, ignored and disrespected.

This Bill was passed because the Liberals and Nationals abstained.

This Bill passed the Senate today. Disgusting!
One Nation thanks the many Australians who contacted us either by phone, email or on social media, to urge us to vote NO to this Bill - a Bill that gives the Uniparty Liberal-Labor government control over law abiding Australians.
We moved an Amendment to specifically name radical Islam within the Bill and to remove the broad term "communal violence".
The Senate rejected both.
Australians already live under excessive deprivation of liberty - under excessive government control.
We only have to remember Australia's COVID response and what the federal Liberal-National government, together with Labor and Liberal state governments, did to control everyday Australians. | 2 012 |
