ATTENTION: We are proud to be THE FIRST COMPANY that was able to use PIKA to setup a corporation in Switzerland. What does this mean? Well, to put it simply, $PIKA is bona fide and not to be compared to "shit-coins" with no utility or real use-case. It's up and up from here! $PIKA is now under GameFi AG. Same token name just with an official corporation running it! Our new motto is "Life is a Game". We have a sweet new logo too! The official purpose of GameFi is the development, promotion, implementation and operation of technological solutions using the distributed ledger and blockchain technology, particularly in the field of gamification solutions to e-sport and real life sport entertainment as well as the provision of related services. Beyond that, we aim to connect and educate the traditional world about distributed ledger and blockchain technology in all aspects. With the corporation, one of the first things we are setting up is a donation to charity, to be announced once it's approved! Dear Community, Finally, we can speak openly to you! Firstly, YOUR INVESTMENT IS SAFE! We want to THANK YOU all for the trust and patience. We want to also say SORRY for the inconvenience and confusion everyone went through! We KNOW it wasn’t easy. With this statement, we want to explain our intentions and share with you BIG BULLISH NEWS regarding our project! There have been a lot of questions coming from the community over the past few weeks and especially today, this will bring you all up to date. As most of you have noticed and commented about, there are a few top holders that have been dumping whenever $PIKA is doing well. We realize what a downer it is for all of you seeing this, so we took action. It is important to know that at least one of these top holders was a part of the Pikachu team, which created the Pikachu Token for the purpose of a Pump n Dump. Not Cool. It has come to our attention that this holder along with a few others are involved in scams and rug pulls as well as other nefarious activities and token manipulations. The reason that we didn’t announce anything about the transition to the new contract, was the fact that this would have tipped these people off. They would have probably drained the liquidity pool themselves. We decided to do it this way, knowing that unfortunately this would cause panic and confusion, but only temporarily. With this we had the best intentions in mind, to save the investments of our investors. That's YOU! It was clear their vision does not align with that of the PikaFam. It was also revealed through a risk analysis that this was the best course of action. This was discovered during the formation of the corporation. We received the green light from our lawyer to exclude them from the new contract. We are legally within our right to weed out these bad actors to ensure the safe development of our company. 👌🏼 It was a delicate process and we wanted to ensure we were not excluding anyone that was NOT involved in nefarious activities or could potentially seriously harm the project. If YOU had your tokens held and feel that it was a mistake, you have 30 days to contact the team and we will review your case. For the good of the community and to ensure the security of our project, we have NOT included these addresses into the new contract. This means ALOT LESS SELL PRESSURE. Watch out for those GREEN CANDLES! We wanted to make sure this was all a smooth process and include the updates the community has been discussing. So really, there are a few reasons we decided to move forward with a new contract, which is detailed below. The current token has negative consequences regarding VAT (Value-Added Taxes). The new $PIKA contract is a bit simpler and also has quite a few benefits for the community we know you will enjoy :) It will enable us to improve the contract with future releases as well. Before we had to liquidate PIKA to continue funding the project. Now, it is all done by the smart contract, meaning we do not impact price anymore. The Corporate wallet (formerly team wallet) is in ETH so there will be no impact on price when we pay business expenses like marketing and blockchain fees such as those from APIs. $PIKA TO THE MOON! For the best results and to ensure a successful development and price growth, we decided to release only $PIKA! But don't worry, we will be converting your THUNDER and RAI back into $PIKA with the proper ratios. THUNDER and RAI will be re-released at a later date along with their use cases. ⚡️Pika Crypto Statement ⚡️ It has been an exciting few days with some unexpected things happening as well. Yesterday we had a team corporation meeting where we read through the shareholders and board members agreements. It has been a long process, we've had majority votes on technicalities for the official corporation, things added and things taken off. Our final changes were added by the lawyer this morning. When it came time to sign and send the documents through, Reece left the chat, sold his Pika and released this statement all within a few moments. "Due to irreconcilable differences, I have decided to leave the Pika Project. I have massively enjoyed my time amongst the community and building such an incredible brand" There is no doubt that Reece has been a valuable asset over these past few months and we thank him for the support and dedication he has put into PIKA. Recently as things slowly became more complex and structured it became difficult to progress forward with him being on the team. Sometimes, when we would have a majority vote, and things didn't go his way he threaten he would step down and become a normal investor. We tried to reach an agreement with him and make sure both parties were in acceptance of the subject that was being voted on. Either way, no doubt, it was unprofessional of Reece to depart in this manner and the last thing we expected as we were all excited to get the BIG news out about the corporation being set up. Going forward the team would like to emphasise the fundamentals of the roadmap that we have put forth DOES NOT change. There may be a few changes to the details and priorities but the promises we have said and the goals we hope to reach as a community based project are still the same. The communties investments and opinions are at the core of what we do. Once the corporation has been established we hope to bring some exciting news regarding Virtuous and etc. The team is stronger than ever.
