Justice Rofe ruled in favour of Pfizer and Moderna on the basis that the applicants lacked standing. No determination was made about whether or not the Pfizer and Moderna modRNA products are GMO's.

The government appears to have lost the case primarily for breaches of legal procedure. The court left the door open for the government to implement mandates in some future crisis.

It is an immediate win for police and health workers in Queensland, but likely to also have big ramifications across all other industries and states of Australia.
Technically the Queensland state government could appeal to the High Court, but my guess is it's unlikely (due to the bad optics).
A huge thankyou to the champions who fought this all the way through the court system in Queensland. And a big "no thanks" to the Queensland Human Rights Commissioner, who took the governments side in this case.

| 5 |  Update on DNA and other crap in the COVID so-called "vaccines":
Note: Apologies for my low posting rate at the moment. Family and work responsibilities are presently leaving me almost zero free time. There's plently of info I'd like to write about, so I'm queueing them up, Hopefully I'll get to them at some point.
Kevin McKernan gives an update on the DNA contamination issue at a recent event, as per the video above.
The summary:
— The theory of DNA contamination in the jabs is now proven beyond any reasonable doubt, via a string of labs all verifying the contamination via their own tests.
- The DNA contamination varies massively (by 815 times) between lots.
- Many of the lots have contamination levels way in excess of regulatory limits and those regulatory limits are far too permissive for lipid-nanoparticle encapsulated DNA contaminants.
- Forced to respond to these issues, the FDA and the jab manufacturers are engaging in outright lies to try and defend their prior positions. Kevin shows how easy those lies are to refute.
- Most concerningly, although more testing is required in concert with multiple independent replication by others, Kevin provides preliminary evidence that DNA integration in human cell lines has been observed.
It's getting hot in here.

| 7 | I've just finished watching Tucker Carlson's interview with Vladimir Putin from beginning to end.
There were no key facts presented that were new to me. But I'm probably a bit out of the ordinary because I do more of my own research than the average person.
But this interview is going to reach tens or maybe even hundreds of millions of people who are going to be hearing many crucial facts and points of view for the first time.
And for that, I'm eternally grateful to Tucker because I believe his decision to conduct this interview could meaningfully move the needle towards the end of the horrendous conflict in Ukraine. I also expect it will further expose who the real warmongers are on the geopolitical stage.
This interview is actual journalism. All sides need to be heard.
The release of this interview also provides a great opportunity for you to update your situational awareness of the global media landscape. By publicly spouting their outrage and horror that this interview should merely be aired, you can freshly re-identify the Machiavellians.... the Malthusians... the warmongers... the censorship lovers and the fools with microphones.
There will be some members of The Blob that will be apoplectic right now, and I apologise but I can't help smiling at that thought.
And now we have it on public record, direct from Putin's lips, that he is willing to negotiate, has been all along, and an agreement would have been reached only months into the SMO started had it not been scuttled by the USA via Johnson.

| 8 | I highly recommend this article by Charles Krblich.
The crux of the article is in this paragraph (emphasis mine):
I realize, now, that totalitarianism is primarily a societywide delusion that enables despots to flourish with power. This is the opposite of my beliefs before. I used to think that it was the despots who used their power to create the totalitarian society.
I held the same misunderstanding, Charles. Living through The Great Covid Hysteria from the vantage point of an outsider looking out upon the hysterical mob of normally rational people behaving with varying degrees of lunacy I, like Charles and the rest of the minority of that period, have the perverse benefit of having our understanding of totalitarian episodes flipped on its head by hard, empirical, direct experience. We few watched on as the majority of public figures, local community members, friends, relatives and even close family took leave of their rational selves and descended into varying degrees of temporary insanity.
I now realise that it also makes perfect sense that the false consensus on the causes of totalitarian episodes is that some handful of identified leaders of the time (Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, Trump, Biden, whomever) are the primarily responsible parties. Although these leaders are far from blameless, I now see this consensus as false with stark clarity. I now recognise the psychological motivation for the mob to re-cast history in this frame, because it deflects responsibility away from themselves as being the primarily responsible for their nonsensical, inhumane acts of commission and omission.
Of course it's true that powerful elites are capable of, and regularly conspiring to, put their thumb on the scales to hopefully sway attitudes of the masses. And in doing so they share responsibility for greasing the path of descent into totalitarian madness. But their power is insufficient to be the cause of mass hysteria. My view is it requires a relatively rare synchronicity of manifold society-wide circumstances all aligning to create the necessary conditions in the mass mental petri dish such that a triggering event (or events) results in a fission-like (or bacteria-like), self-reinforcing cascading growth into mass madness.
While ever humans have amygdalas, there is no prophylaxis for the regular recurrence of this mind virus.
The mind virus is the truly deadly virus. Not some beta coronavirus or influenza virus.
And finally, I resolve that I must never forget that there are probably trigger points within me that make me vulnerable to being pulled into some future mass hysteria. I think it's wise to assume that no one is immune, myself included. I/we must try to learn from this experience and maintain a healthy self-scepticism and inner devils-advocate in order to maintain our sanity into the future.

| 9 | If I could broadcast a message to everyone in the world at this moment, what would it be?
Cognisant of where sick and depraved warmongers on all sides are trying to push things, it would probably be something that encouraged the common man and woman to see through them....
....and to give them a sense that if enough common people refuse to take part these warmongers (who are an tiny proportion of the total population) will be powerless.
Refuse war. Demand diplomacy, negotiation and peace.
Today I was reminded of Reich marshal Hermann Wilhelm Goering's famous speech he delivered at his trial in Nuremberg, where he spelled out the modus operandi of the warmonger:
“Why of course the people don’t want war. Why should some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece? Naturally the common people don’t want war: neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.”
Because the corporate media has, arguably, lost it's position of power to spread lies to the degree it had before WW2, I harbour the possibility that the common man and woman of today is less able to be "brought to the bidding of the leaders". I really hope this is the case.

| 10 | Breaking: Canadian Federal Court rules that the Trudeau Government's invocation of the Emergencies Act against the truckers was unconstitutional.
I wonder if Trudeau's Government will appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada? Time will tell. I'd like them to do so, so that the competence (or lack thereof) of the Canadian Supreme Court can be seen more clearly.

| 12 | Javier Millei, President of Argentina and committed anarcho-capitalist, delivered a speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos just hours ago.
It's worth watching in it's entirety.
He covers a range of topics, and pulls no punches. Many of the socialists and "cappucino communists" (h/t Dima Vorobiev) that infest the WEF would likely be feeling a bit disoriented after hearing everything he has to say.
History, economics, virtue signalling, woke fixations, socialism, Marxism, globalism — he covers it all.
I'm grateful for his efforts.
Related note: I've observed a number of people denouncing Millei because he is listed on the WEF website and may have had some involvement with WEF events before. Guilt by association is an unreliable heuristic, as time is revealing appears to be the case using it to judge Millei. I have a pretty dim view of this heuristic — it's far too unreliable in my experience. I encourage people to place less/little weight on who people associate with and much more their words and actions. | 324 |
| 13 | Note: The process of coming out of a delusional state, or a misinformed state is a rocky path. The common response, particularly when doubt really starts to gnaw, is to double down on the current (mis)conception rather than to surrender to the new reality.
This is the process on the individual level and also on the group level. The difference with groups vs individual levels is that the process is slower for groups and the crises typically become more extreme before there is surrender to the 'new' reality.
I don't know about you, but my observation is that the prevalence of patently absurd public statements by the parties we might loosely describe as "the elites" or the "the globalists" is increasing. Some of it is so whacky that calling it a clown show is an understatement.
I just want to point this out and suggest that this is normal and to be expected. There is no magical short-circuit mechanism (or if it exists, no one has yet discovered it). This calls for patience.
It also calls for situational awareness and planning, because some of these elites have control over some powerful levers and as they are retreating into their corners, in denial of the 'new' reality, they will be sorely tempted to (mis)use their authority to create chaos. I'm particularly concerned about the warmongering, because fomenting a war is perhaps one of the most likely to distract and fool the largest proportion of the mob compared to other options.
I am hopeful, however, because these warmongers seem to be setting new records in incompetence and stupidity. I have the sense that they are failing to convince enough people that their latest "existential threat of the day" is real. So far, at least. Fingers crossed they continue to fail. | 131 |

| 16 | Perspective for the day:
Institutions are institutions because they establish (or are given) some form of special role and/or authority and/or power.
Institutions are sustained by humans.
Humans have inherent 'human nature' and limitations.
This state of affairs is sufficient to guarantee that institutions are self-corrupting. Put another way, institutions are only acting in accordance with their intended purpose for a brief period of their existence, if they ever manage even that.
The length of time an institution is functional is directly dependent on the wisdom of it's design and the quality of it's moving parts. Regardless, it's corruption is inevitable.
Because the world is impossibly complex and humans are finite and fallible (among other reasons) this self-corruption of institutions is inevitable even if there are no intentionally malevolent people within the institution. The presence of malevolence within the institution only accelerates the corruption — it is not "the" cause.
Therefore, it's ones personal responsibility (and in ones best interest) to assume institutions are corrupted, interact with them accordingly and prepare for the future based on this fundamental understanding.
It follows that acting on the assumption that institutions will conduct themselves as their founders intended is fundamentally naive and flawed thinking. Yes, these institutions are (now or later) engaging in fraud and we all should do what we can to improve that situation. But at the same time we should assume ever-present institutional corruption, act accordingly and plan accordingly.
Furthermore, blaming malevolent actors as being "the" cause(s) of corruption is an oversimplification. The self-serving benefit of making this subtly incorrect judgment is that the person making the judgment gets to shift more responsibility from themselves than is justified. Further, it allows them to retain their naive/idealistic expectations of institutions going forward, which sets them up for more failures in future.
And yes, this means that "awake" organisations currently attempting to offer better alternatives to present-day corrupt institutions, if they succeed in supplanting those institutions and become the new leaders of their domain, will also eventually become corrupt.
Such is life. This is the reflexive nature of human affairs. | 176 |
| 17 | One of the many things on my TODO list to write about was to point out the inaccurate speech of many well-intentioned people about the WHO's IHR amendments.
The WHO's moves are not a coup or elimination of national sovereignty, although in many respects they have a similar effect. This incorrect speech handed Tedros and his ilk a gift to "debunk". And he did just that. Tedros recent public "debunking" of claims that the IHR amendments eliminate sovereignty is technically correct. If we had been more accurate in our speech, we would not have handed on a platter to him such an opportunity to misdirect the wider public.
The IHR amendments are voluntarily adopted by the elected representatives of each nation. There is no loss of sovereignty or coup going on. Rather, this is a voluntary shifting of decision making to the WHO and, if enacted thus, our elected officials will still be our elected officials, but when it comes to matters under the scope of the IHR, our elected officials will be able to just shrug and say "we're just abiding by our international commitments".
This excellent article by Bruce Pardy just came out and it saves me the time of elaborating further. But it also contains lots of extra useful clarification about what the IHR really is also about international law and how it's very different from national law.

| 19 | The challenge for incompetent tyrants is to avoid off-the-cuff speeches whenever possible, because that's where inadvertent admissions will be made. But this is always difficult because they loooove the sound of their own voice and the hit they get from playing the role.
So in this clip we find Francis Collins (recently retired Science Advisor to the President and Director of the NIH alongside Fauci) admitting responsibility for the collateral damage of the policies he championed. Moreover, he admits knowledge of how devastating the collateral damage was to so many. And he delivers the admission with the flippancy we should expect from incompetent tyrants like him. He even admits to having forgotten the core fundamentals of public health and basic common sense.
So I'm posting this here for the record.

| 20 | The latest piece from veteran investigative journalist Seymour Hersh just dropped. Hersh's track record and historical reliability is absolutely top shelf. This also means he's cultivated a network of high-level sources that are also second-to-none.
All that said, like all his claims prior claims based on inside sources, when they first drop they can't be independently verified. This should be obvious, because he's relying on his sources, but I reiterate this critical point nonetheless. So this could be one of those rare times he's wrong. Keep this in mind.
