For those who are curious if anything is happening, keep in mind that much is indeed happening behind the scenes. And sometimes we get a glimpse behind the curtain. On January 18, 2021, Disclose.tv posted about a Tweet on their Telegram channel. I want to point out something that falls in line with, “Who Owns You.” Do not succumb to the guilt some may try to fling at you. We all have different roles to play out, we all have invaluable talents. Along the way we will be met with opposition: you get to decide how best to handle the challenge. No one else has the full perspective of your life, your circumstances. For example, last week when I took my daughter in her for annual checkup, the office was back to enforcing the masks. I decided that it was best to cooperate; that this was not the hill I wanted to die upon. I do not feel guilty for cooperating for a 30 minute visit. Other places have asked me to wear a mask and I politely say, “No thanks” then walk out. As I am setting up field trips for the homeschool organization I volunteer for, I am choosing to work with businesses and people who do not require masks or vaccinations. In other words, we choose when and how and to what extent. There are bigger things at stake than the petty nuances other folks will want to involve you over. Please do not let anyone else persuade you that you’re somehow lacking. I see your comments: you are strong, determined and compassionate. You are fighters, patriots and prayer warriors. I love your beautiful brave hearts!

Some of us will lead others to the truth by researching and sharing what we learn. Some of us homeschool. Some of us ignore the powers that be and choose to live free. Some of us are loving our families, being neighborly and living a life of goodness. Some of us hang on tight to truth, to hope. Some of us trust God. Some of us believe in the power of prayer. Each one of us gets to choose the best manner to fight back. Be reassured: Americans are fighting back, we’re standing firm, and we’re determined to claim the victory!
