European MiCA CASP Deal Flow - Full Spectrum Access
We are currently working with a curated group of MiCA-licensed crypto businesses across Europe, spanning Class 1, 2 and 3 CASP authorisations.
The range covers licence-driven shells through to fully operating platforms with real revenue, users and institutional traction. Business models include custody and brokerage, institutional portfolio management, crypto exchanges with trading platform permission, crypto ATM networks, Web3 banking and stablecoin infrastructure, and broader regulated groups combining CASP with MiFID, payment services and e-money authorisation.
Deal sizes span from the low single digit millions up to over EUR 100 million, with structures available as full acquisitions, majority investments, growth capital or strategic partnerships depending on the target and the buyer.
All opportunities are presented on an anonymised basis. Jurisdiction, financials, ownership structure and full documentation are shared after NDA and seller approval.
