Hi --, A Search Firm focused on Senior Finance roles is mandated for the following two senior finance roles – both based in Bangalore. Role 1 CFO for a mid-size precision machinery JV between a reputed Indian conglomerate and a MNC. Functionally the role reports into the group CFO of the Indian conglomerate. Incumbent will also handle the HR function and operate as Company Secretary (if qualified CS). It’s a plant based role and hence requires 6 day working. Looking for CA with 10-12 years’ experience. CS qualification and experience of having worked in a manufacturing organization will be an added advantage. CTC upto 60L. Role 2 Project Controller for a large global MNC in fluid handling system, with significant capex plans (~1000 Cr per annum) for multiple new/ongoing projects as well as regular improvements. Incumbent will be responsible for capex budget and control over actual spend, capex governance and compliances, subsidy claims, proper capitalization, accounting, regular MIS, etc. Looking for CA with 8-10 years experience with prior experience in manufacturing and handling of large capex. A strong individual with ICWA/MBA can also be considered. CTC upto 35L.
