Xiaomi is looking for a qualified CA for the Indirect tax division. Assistant Manager role with 2-3 years of experience. AM will play key role for implementing process improvement and drive positive change across GST compliance with respect to documentation and audits. Roles & responsibilities: • Handling the GST compliances for all the GSTINs of Xiaomi •Maintaining input tax credit register / import register / RCM register and take necessary actions on eligibility of input tax credit •Drafting replies to the notices/SCN, appearing before the authorities, reviewing contracts etc. •Review GSTR-2B & GSTR-6A reconciliations with books of accounts and follow-up with vendors in case of non-reporting of Xiaomi’s transaction in their GSTR-1 / mis-match in reporting •Review of systems and process to ensure accurate accounting of transactions from indirect tax prospective •Preparing the reconciliations of GST returns with tax accounts maintained in books of accounts on monthly basis • Preparations of GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C Qualifications: • CA, with minimum 2-3 years of post qualification experience in GST in consulting or industry is only preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Excellent analytical skills, solid aptitude for information technology • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Location: Bangalore, India In case you are interested please message your CVs to nikhilagarwal@xiaomi.com.
