The worst part is they (the police) have facilitated a lot of violence/rollings/scams and other operated in extremely grey areas of the law. DEFCON 2 **In this post we will attempt to show and prove beyond reasonable doubt that, a) Ned is a scammer and not the real one. b) Circuit has been Police run since late December 2020. Bringing this to you is the previous small but effective @ScamReduction team (that was lost to the deletions). Now @PerthScams ✅✅✅✅ As you may have seen yesterday on the news, the police in collusion with the media have confirmed an alarming fact regarding their (Police) involvement in Telegram as a unit. This has been known by a select few for less than a week now - someone leaked and The West got the story first it looks like.. But they are just journalists being told what to say, we will actually go through the history for the sake of the community. *Luckily that means we don’t have to do anywhere near as much legwork to prove the case, they have already admitted that the circuit is infiltrated and under Police control. Bless the Freedom of Press, as we enter this. We believe that discovering each point is best done combined due to how much is seemingly connected + level of collusion. Here’s what The West newspaper missed out on.. I theorise Ned (@nedinator) was flipped and his electronic devices taken in December 2020, November he was selling legit F2F, I believe a controlled buy happened and he was charged then used and flipped to avoid charges. It wouldn’t be hard, he started advertising on Facebook Messenger and continually used telegram on his computer without a SOCKS 5 proxy. Waiting for trouble. The story actually starts with well known ‘Dog’ Wesley Snipes (ref photo below). - Who likely told them who the best target was if they wanted. (Ned) Wesley had been charged badly in very late 2019 with around a kilo of meth and was out and fine the next day… Soon after that there were large busts that had quite obvious leaks involved. Wesley does the same shit to this day. A real dog of dogs. Back to (new) Ned being in circuit… red flags started going off immediately when early on ‘Ned’ started asking how to use commands etc. His account started to seem like a bootstrapped version of the Lulzec/Sabu Cyber Bust.. worrying. (Use Google) ‘Ned’ started to not care — albeit Circuit ran like an engine and actually kept people safe in 2020 and some 2019. It was an amazing team through that time ‘Names Redacted For Safety’. So with ‘Ned’ not caring turned into creating projects we didn’t agree with… like Buds 2.0 — A data-mine. Lots fell for that. Had a police made bot (usercheckerbot) that no-body in Circuit had the ability to code. Ned and other admins like True Saiyan always came to others unnamed for help with bots and the API — seemed very much like a third party job, yes it logged all of your details when you joined. Then survey spam started — but was actually more data-mining from any signups. A bounty of data from a browser. Proceeding that… a crypto (wash) offer began being spammed, the types of people to do this are rich from unique income streams. People considered highly valuable to the authorities, usually the types harder to target… Yet, more collection of data and large criminal wallets were successfully grabbed. It’s been a while now and most admins had left out of moral/other reasons (Late 2021). What does a cyber crime unit do when Circuit is too hard to fix without anyone doing any work and missing the “OG’s”? Burn it and go to the next task. They are slowly letting it burn. Now and trying to move people to elementmessenger — a chat all without the perfect encryption of telegram, a perfect place for them to continue on… Where the police run it all and don’t have the stress of court cases with real encrypted chat, it’s not proper evidence and they don’t have the stress of court cases using real end-to-end encrypted chat that uses unbroken cyphers. It's like a whole chat with plain text from the prosecutor as evidence, easy cheap busts.

New banner(s) and a conclusion to the above finally, incoming next 24hours. ..Trying to negotiate with telegram has been an unwinnable uphill battle. We’ll find a happy medium. Usually I wouldn’t waste a notification on this but, it’s been a few months, time to remind everyone we exist and are thriving. Many new groups to be on the new banner. This is the death of the public channel thanks to scammers and a telegram system that uses automation for most of its moderation. I’ve just found out circuit has lost half of its channels too. I somewhat feel for them a little bit, just a little. But now is the time to band together, if you are in a influential position or role on here, please feel free to have a say or get an update by messaging @PerthGroup today. There is a high table meeting tonight to talk it over. The outcome will be posted here ASAP.

@scamreduction (and PDM) has been bot reported by scammers within certain circuit(s) that’s business is effected by its existence, in talks with tele atm to fix, but if not this is the end of public groups in Perth, nuking; a theme started first by circuit to take out competition by spamming nudes (albeit now using fake reports en mass to remove a channel automatically) is now much easier than ever. It’s purely a harm reduction group. To want something like scamreduction removed is just fucking sad. Either way all groups will likely be moving to private over the next few days with some major security changes, I’ll keep everyone updated on support fixing the fact they actioned mass-fake reports. @theKGBhouse will be repurposed temporarily as the PerthDrugMarket channel, everything allowed. Until permanent fix/solution is utilised. This will only make us more dedicated and organised, not hinder, backups are always made, it would just be nice if it’s put back to normal by telegram themselves.
