. I know it's been nothing but either radio silence or occasional quick trad sketches openings (for groceries, vet appointments with 2 of my pets that had issues this summer, bills, etc), I've been postponing writing this because it's just..nothing. There is nothing to be updated. And it sucks when you have nothing to show for after a couple of months, you just want to show things done, so it really does pain me to post this. I wrote an update on my trello that further explains what's been going on this summer, but TLDR: The pressure and anxiety are exhausting me before I even start to draw, from the stress of having it be perfect, no flaws, no mistakes, no anatomy flaws. I am taking twice if not three times longer to sketch something that once took me 20 minutes. I am resolving this issue little by little, with therapy, advice from my peers and friends, and just getting started. One day at a time, just getting started. and I shit you not, drawing my friends as minions making out with my mouse helped a bit because i was just wanting to finish something and i didn't have to worry about it being perfect lmao

. I will be streaming again soon to help combat most of these struggles. Any advice is welcome, if you went through this as an artist (or not), I am looking forward to hearing about it. This is the first time I've dealt with something like this and it is just horrid lmao. There is a delay on most deadlines. I am starting with the recolors from YCHs already finished and taken earlier this summer, and then continuing to sketch and line everything on the 'Started On' tab on trello.
