Sharing a funny story about:
Lawyers Don’t Lie! 😄
A lawyer with a wife and 12 children needed to move to a new house.
Unfortunately, no landlord wanted to rent to him after hearing that he had 12 children. They were afraid the children might damage the property.
But the lawyer couldn’t say he had no children—that would be a lie. After all, lawyers don’t lie! 😉
So, he came up with a clever plan.
He sent his wife to the cemetery with 11 of their children and took the remaining child with him to view houses.
The lawyer liked one of the houses, and the real estate agent asked:
“How many children do you have?”
The lawyer replied:
“I have 12 children.”
Surprised, the agent asked:
“Where are the others?”
The lawyer looked sad and said:
“They’re in the cemetery with their mother.”
Feeling sorry for him, the agent rented him the house.
And that’s how the lawyer rented a home for his family without actually telling a lie! 😂 | 744 |
