Sweet memories. Circa 2013. Wim came to SF Bay Area and stayed on my jenky lil pull-out couch in my tiny country cottage that week. Together we offered this FREE community talk in SF for ~20ppl at my Chinese Medicine clinic. I had invited thousands of people. I shared my crystal ball vision that this "iceman" and his world-changing method would take the world by storm. People thought I was nuts. 😍 It was super early days. These 20 people who were ready for next level badassery actually came to the community talk. Then later that weekend, about 45 courageous folks came to experience Wim Hof Method workshop. We were "baptisted" into the ice dunk. Back in those days, Wim worked with each of us 1-on-1. He shared with us some profoundly powerful advanced breathwork practices that he'd never share in a weekend workshop now. We're blessed. ✨

Backstory: My 9.5 (soon 10yo) boy was first trained at age 5 to see blindfolded with a trainer named Bohdan, whom I met via Caroline Cory (filmmaker featured in this video).  Bohdan has since become my very good friend, and together we began offering this to many more families. In 2024, Bohdan and I activated 34 kids (ages 5-11) in seeing blindfolded. In 2025 we are creating space for 80-100 kids and families.  So if you have kids age 5-11, we invite you to join us in our upcoming Feb 2025 series.(We work with small groups max 4 kids at a time. In Feb we'll have 5 groups for total 20 max capacity - so space is quite limited, and we guarantee results.) Note: you'll find several groups offering this; they all get results. Because this is our innate ability! However, as with anything else, please feel deeply into your resonance with the group / practitioners - feel into the high quality integrity, love, pure-heartedness and coherence. You'll naturally feel drawn to one. If you feel drawn to what Bohdan and I bring, we'd be very honored to share this delightful gift with your kids & family!
