There is no real separation of spiritual and material, so break out of the prison paradigm of materialism(remove ignorance). Don't get lost in the appearance of things. Don't generate fear of what may or may not happen - it doesn't matter. As long as you are a slave to the realm of form then your state of being will always be dependant upon circumstances which will cause you to suffer and fall short of fulfilling your potential. Release attachments and just flow. Whatsoever misfortunes there are Here in this world or in the next, They all have their root in Ignorance And in the accumulation of Longing and Desire. — Gautama Buddha
