So... as of about three days ago my shoulders had been acting up again.
(pain, clicking, limited movement, same as before) I'm going to slow down again a little bit, since I don't want to make it worse. I did jump into doing art for 6 hours or more a day again more recently and it seems like i should not have done that now.
If it doesn't fade I'll be going back to the Dr- they did say the cortisone shot could last 2 weeks or 2 years, or i could never need it again and everyone is different. Looks like I got about 3 months out of it 😅

| 4 |  +3Wanted to put a shout out for a buddy who is fundraising for a shelter near and dear to their heart. It was destroyed by one of the recent tornadoes going through IL. They did a lot of community work including barn cat programs and other outreach programs.
Luckily all fosters placed (but now the county shelters are filling up) however they need supplies and funds to rebuild literally from the ground up.
They are offering artwork for donations to the shelter! Please dm them prior to donating as they have a limit on how much work they can take.
