Al Bukhari makes it explicit: Giving one's YOUNG CHILDREN in marriage. Explicitly mentioning the IDDA too, which is ONLY applicable AFTER consummation of the marriage: after having had sex. As an example of a marriage with a young CHILD, it also mentions that the marriage was consummated at 9 years old.
