Just watched this earlier today. Definitely a powerful watch. We can take things deeper when we understand that vitamins have never really been proven to exist in nature - they’ve only ever been synthetically created. This is different to minerals. We can see minerals in nature. Not vitamins though. This sheds light on what “vitamin deficiencies” are. I don’t think that’s a real thing imo. I’ll share some stuff soon.
