Hadith Day: 1885
“لَيْسَ كُلُّ مَغْرُور بِناج، ولاكُلُّ طالِب بِمُحْتاج۔”

“Neither is every deluded person saved, nor is every seeker needy.”

“إيّاكَ أنْ تَغفُلَ عَنْ حقِّ أخيكَ، اتِّكالاً على واجبِ حَقِّكَ عَليهِ، فإنَّ لأخيكَ علَيكَ مِنَ الحقِّ مِثلَ الَّذي لَكَ عَلَيهِ۔”

“Be careful not to become negligent of your brother’s right [over you] while counting on your right over him, for indeed your brother has the same right over you that you have over him.”

“إذا أرادَ اللّهُ بِعَبْد خَيْراً، ألْهَمَهُ القَناعَةَ، فَاكْتَفى بِالكَفافِ، واكْتَسى بِالعَفافِ۔”

“When Allah wishes good for a servant, He inspires him with contentment, so he becomes satisfied with the minimum and covers himself with chastity [and abstinence from the unlawful].”

“اَلصَّبْرُ صَبْرانِ: صَبْرٌ فِي البَلاءِ حَسَنٌ جَميلٌ، وأحْسَنُ مِنْهُ الصَّبْرُ عَنِ المَحارِمِ۔”

“اِزْهَدْ فِي الدُّنيا، واغْزِفْ عَنْها، وإيّاكَ أنْ يَنْزِلَ بِكَ المَوْتُ (وأنْتَ ابِقٌ مِنْ رَبِّكَ في طَلَبِها فَتَشْقى) وقَلْبُكَ مُتَعَلِّقٌ بِشَيء مِنْها فَتَهْلِكَ۔”

“Renounce the pleasures of this world and turn away from it, and be careful that death does not descend upon you (while you are a runaway from your Lord in its pursuit thereby becoming wretched or) while your heart is attached to anything of it as a result of which you are destroyed.”
