Premature ovarian failure but simply is early menopause. Normally a woman will start to go through menopause between the ages of 42 and 56. POF will occur in 1 in 1,000 women between the ages of 15 and 29 and 1 in 100 women between the ages of 30 and 39. The average age of early onset is 27 years. In some cases a family history of POF is linked in about 4% of the women experiencing the condition. Women who have premature ovarian failure (POF) may experience some symptoms close to that of menopause such as hot flashes, no period, and vaginal dryness. Usually if a woman has POF, she’ll begin to have irregular periods which will eventually stop altogether. Premature Ovarian Failure may occur abruptly over one to two months or gradually over a several year time frame.

26 yo F presented with Amenorrhea for last 6 mn. She has been married at 19 yo and has 1 daughter. She has regular cycles in early life but later on the cycle become oligo, and she did not get her next pregnancy despite unprotective trials. She counsult her dr that was diagnosed her with PCOS, and after that amenorrhea is come. Initially, she suspect that she is pregnant but pregnancy test was - ve. On further qyestioning, she feels that she is always hyperthermic and always need cold baths. Hormonal assay reveal high FSH, normal TSH, and normal blood glucose. Your dx @AhmedAbdSambot

Kunze-Riehm syndrome also known as Michelin tire baby syndrome (MTBS) is a rare genetic condition that consists of a characteristic generalized folding of excess skin . The diagnosis is usually made based on clinical symptoms. The condition can be isolated or there can be associated extracutaneous findings as well. The pathophysiology behind this condition is still not properly understood and there are approximately only 30 cases reported in the literature, and in some cases, they were also associated with noncutaneous anomalies.
