The  Principals and Chief Superintendents meeting was convened by  Anna University Zonal coordinator , Zone 23 on 15.05.2021 to discuss about the conduct of  forthcoming Nov/Dec 2020 Re-examinations. The following points were deliberated by the Zonal  Coordinator 📌 Examination will be conducted for 3 hour duration with old question paper pattern in pen and paper mode 📌 Exam fees need not be paid and no new registration will be permitted 📌 Students who are willing to appear for examination  can write the exam 📌 It is not mandatory to appear for all the subjects. If the student wish to appear even for one subject, they can do.  📌 Question paper will be sent by CoE’s  Office to the college Exam cell.  The college exam cell should in turn send the question paper to the concerned Subject in-charges 15 minutes before the commencement of exam. The Subject in-charges have to send the question paper to the students through their own on line platform like zoom, Google meet, Team etc. 📌 Departments  have to depute some faculty members to send the question papers to arrear and previous batch  students  📌 Students who wish to appear for examinations have to write the examinations in A4 sheets with maximum of 30 pages. 📌 In each page students have to write their register number, subject code and subject name and affix their signature in all the pages.  📌 After the examination is over, the scanned copy of answer sheets have to be sent to the College within one hour after the end time of the exam 📌 On the same day, the hard copy of the answer sheets have to be carefully packed in the cloth cover and it should be sent to the college by the students by registered post or speed post but not by Courier or any other mode. 📌 Handing over in person is not permitted. ❌ 📌 Under unavoidable circumstances, the hard copy of the answer sheet may be posted the next day morning.  Students have to keep the receipt of registered post or speed post safely for future reference. 📌 If the student appear for two exams on the same day, one in FN and another in AN, both answer sheets have to be sent to college office in the separate covers. 📌 If a student is in foreign country, then he has to send the soft copy of the postal receipt as first hand information since the College may receive the paper after a few days.  📌 In case a student fails to send either hard or soft copy of answer sheets then the subject in-charge may mark the student as absent. 📌 The class in-charges are instructed to monitor the above process and enter the attendance in the web portal every day. 📌 The exam will commence during the first week of June and the Time table for the examinations will be released ten days before the commencement of the examinations.
