LabHost is now operational! -Old Memberships: For all members with active memberships on the date when issues began (October 4th), we have extended your membership by an additional 3 months (91 days), as previously communicated. If your membership was active on October 4th and was also affected by the minor data loss, it has been further extended by an extra 2 weeks, making it a total extension of 105 days. -New Memberships: We'll resume accepting new memberships starting tomorrow evening. -Features: LabRat and our pages are fully functional again, just like before the incident. Please be aware that during the installation process, you may encounter some minor bugs as it is not fully compatible with all types of VPS. Automatic SSL install will be activated tomorrow. We are working on this and plan to have it resolved by tomorrow. -The updated VPS OS requirement now includes Centos 7 and Ubuntu 20.04. Hello everyone, we're excited to inform you that LabHost was successfully restored earlier this week, allowing you to once again access your data. While LabHost is on track to be fully operational very soon, we are conducting a few final tests to ensure a seamless experience and prevent any unexpected issues upon our return. Lab-host.ru is now online. LabHost is not fully operational yet, we still working on couple things which we will give an update later this week. You can now access your results and take advantage of them. (Features Still in Maintenance) -LabRat -Setup (Pages) We will extend all memberships once LabHost is fully operational. *Note: while we’ve been able to recover most of the data, we’ve not been able to recover the data from 2023/09/30 to 2023/10/04 for couple users. The data was completely corrupted and was unrecoverable. To compensate that data lost, we will only be giving 2 additional weeks to the affected users. The affected users are a small % and we know exactly who they are, so no point in trying to say you’re affected while you’re not. If you try to be dishonest with us we will ignore you, simple.

Update: First, we want to express our appreciation for everyone's patience. Unfortunately, we've faced several issues that slowed us down during the reconfiguration phase. Despite these challenges, we have overcome them, and the platform is now 90% prepared for a full comeback. With that in mind, LabHost is set to return on Monday, prioritizing the restoration of users' access to their data. LabHost won't be fully operational this Monday; we require additional time to complete some finishing touches. However, users will be able to fully access their data. To address your concerns, we've devised the following compensation plan: We will extend your service by adding the days lost from October 4th to the date of our come back, along with an additional month as compensation from us. ——————-Situation Update:—————-- -What's Been Happening? Since October 4th, LabHost has faced unexpected challenges, but we're resilient. The initial problem started from one of our server provider's unannounced maintenance, which completely corrupted our installation server and it backups. Despite our best efforts to help users manually restore their websites, we couldn't predict the next event. To make matters worse, a long-term partner abruptly left our team and intentionally sabotaged our systems, causing a delay in our recovery. After many sleepless nights, we've successfully regained full access to our accounts and systems. We have managed to recover approximately 95% of all user data. Our ongoing efforts are focused on retrieving the remaining data, if in the unfortunate event, we are unable to recover this remaining portion, we hope that the affected users have took our repeated advice to back up their data using Telegram. While we work on that we can install your page & SSL manually, for us to be able to do that please: 1.Add you server to labhost as per usual 2. Send us the VPS info on telegram (IP, user, pass, os) @labhostsupport 3. Domain (MAKE SURE IT POINTED) And we will install the page & SSL for you, when we're online. **We're Online most of the day, so you can directly message us with the VPS info, if we don't get back to you within 1-2H resend us a message since we could miss it, due to the high volume of messages we getting from other users — Please don't spam us with messages every couple of minutes.
