I think buying that dip should eventually bring profit on the bounce. But stop requires a swing low which we don't have yet. So it is yet a chart to monitor, not to trade.

BTC touched key level at 60800, bounced and returned back to it today. Choppy consolidation within downtrend. We may always count on surprise pump, but chances for downside continuation remain stronger. Especially with LP under ~60.3k still untouched.

Above: 62333 / 64250 / 67600
Below: 60270 / 59060 / 57444
Bullish scenario with bounce toward 66.7–67.6k delayed. Bitcoin has to reclaim and find acceptance above ~63.8k in order to return to it and make it visible.
Same as yesterday evening I expect a small bounce here. Everything depends on PA on that move. Acceptance above 61.8k will make bullish scenario a bit closer. Fast rejection there will lead to fast collapse under 60.3k and lower.
Fear and Greed Index at 9️⃣- extreme FEAR - these are the times when you should watch the market for bottom signs.

Monday haven't changed a thing, so I keep my TA untouched. We should wait for:
* Bullish scenario: bounce toward 66.7–67.6k.
* Bearish scenario: revisit 60.3k, with risk of extension toward 59k.

Just a reminder that last week candle closed bearish, so even if the bottom is here, we won't see it till several weekly candles close and form reversal pattern. So no rush with longs. At the same time I wouldn't consider shorts here as well, as price have traveled a lot and dead cat bounce might follow.

BTC managed to recover part of its losses over the weekend. However, even with that buy tail, the weekly close still looks bearish enough to leave room for further downside this week.
Zooming in paints a more constructive picture. A bullish divergence is developing, hinting at a potential bounce. The volume profile shows a wide gap up to ~66700, while the main liquidation cluster sits above ~67650. That makes it the most likely target zone if a relief rally unfolds.

Above: 64640 / 65676 / 67600
Below: 61150 / 60267 / 58900
Friday's New York close was around 60268, which also aligns with a small liquidity pool. Whether BTC dips there first or bounces before revisiting it is impossible to know. But considering the weekly chart, that zone will most likely be tested sooner or later.

This week really overperformed my most bearish expectations. Yes, I forecasted "elevator down" when BTC was at 81k, but I couldn't imagine it to lose 24% in just 20 days (where 17% lost just within these 4 days). As far as I remember what others wrote here and in Twitter, no one expected it.
Good news are that such strong dumps always pay off with a strong dead cat bounce. Most probably will cover the gap in between 67.5k and 70.5k - the only question is WHEN.

February 6th low at 59800 is the nearest big LP. Next is August close at 58942. I don't know what to expect beyond that.
