Meagan Wolfe and the six Commissioners have put all our elections clerks in huge legal jeopardy. However, per Wis Stats 7.15(1). each municipal-clerk has the legal authority to say they are not going to use those envelopes. This is going to fall hard on the elderly, who want to vote yet will be committing felony crimes when they sign and mail in that ballot. Fight for them if not for you! TAKE ACTION NOW!! URGENT CALL TO ACTION FROM PETER BERNEGGER – Part 2 Here is where you would be committing election fraud, section (b), 12.13  Election fraud. Electors. Whoever intentionally does any of the following violates this chapter: (b) Falsely procures registration or makes false statements to the municipal clerk, board of election commissioners or any other election official whether or not under oath. (h) Procures, assists or advises someone to do any of the acts prohibited by this subsection. The unlawful sentence on the new absentee envelope: "I requested this ballot and this is the original or a copy of that request". Nope, it is not. And it can't be just going in chronological order. The original or copy of the request would be when the voter first went on MyVote - before the election clerk even received notice the voter wanted to vote absentee. What is even more egregious is that the MyVote system does not produce a copy of the original request, which means WEC designed it not to produce the necessary document a voter needs to be able to vote absentee. WEC is intentionally ignoring a key safeguard, mandated by statute 6.86(1)(ac). If any clerk sends out the new, unlawful and illegal absentee ballot envelopes they will be directly violating a court order and they are committing election fraud. We will file contempt of court charges and criminal complaints to law enforcement against any clerk who sends one out. Note to Clerks: Don't get mad at me, Meagan Wolfe and the six incompetent Commissioners caused all this, and, they are STILL arguing to be able to use the illegal envelopes!! WEC has filed a response and they admitted we are right in court, but they are arguing to the judge it has never been done this way and it would be too burdensome and it is too close to elections coming up! This means they knowingly and intentionally want to keep violating the law. Why? They want to stuff the ballot boxes with fake absentee ballots. What is remarkable is that we have three "Republicans" on the commission who voted for this - proving they are clueless. You should get messages to Bob Spindell (attorney), Marge Bostleman (former county clerk) and Don Millis (attorney) and ask why they are forcing unsuspecting citizens and clerks to commit felonies if they use the new absentee ballots. To be clear: WEC is setting you up voters, witnesses and clerks - to commit felony crimes. WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO. 1. Write an email or letter to your local municipal clerk and ask him/her the following questions. a. How can the new absentee envelopes be legal? b. Won't I be lying if I sign the new envelopes with that sentence on it? c. Won't I be committing election fraud per Wis Stats 12.13(1)(b)? d. Won't you be committing election fraud per Wis Stats 12.13(1)(h)? e. Won't the witness signing for me be committing election fraud per Wis Stats 12.13(1)(h)? f. Won't I be committing a felony of false swearing if I sign the new absentee envelope? g. Who is our city's (or town or village) attorney? I want to ask that attorney how this envelope can be legal? h. Have you been requiring the original absentee ballot request, signed by the voter, when receiving an absentee ballot back in the mail? If not, why not? Wis Stats 6.86(1)(ac) mandates it. 2. Contact your county clerk: ask them the same questions - they can and do receive absentee ballots at the counter (walk-ins permitted before election day) and then give them off to the municipal clerks. Ask them if they are planning to commit felony crimes. 3. Contact your jurisdiction's attorney, ask for an answer to the above questions. 4. Notice your Mayor, city council and if you have a conservative candidate running pass this onto them. 5. Pass this on to trusted friends in other jurisdictions for them to contact their election clerks.

URGENT CALL TO ACTION FROM PETER BERNEGGER - Part 1 Meagan Wolfe and the six Commissioners have gone over the edge in lawlessness. They have "redesigned" the absentee envelopes used in mail-in voting in a manner that grossly violated the law. Furthermore, if you use one of these absentee envelopes YOU will be committing a felony of false swearing but also a second felony of election fraud. Attached is the new absentee envelope from Wolfe and the six Commissioners, and the Temporary Restraining Order we obtained from the judge in our Marinette County lawsuit against WEC. The TRO is good for the whole state. In our case, Marinette County Case Number 2024CV000043 Thomas Oldenburg vs. Wisconsin Elections Commission et al we won a temporary restraining order. That order is good statewide, and all election clerks must obey it OR they can be held in contempt of court. If any clerk sends out the new absentee ballot envelopes they will be directly violating a court order. This case is huge for our state and we're up against the big guns and huge national law firms. The League of Women Voters filed a motion to intervene, as did the national DNC and the Disability Rights of Wisconsin. This only proves that fraudulent absentee ballots is the primary vehicle the corrupt actors are using to stuff the ballot box. These groups could care less about women or the disabled, they are communist front groups who want to cheat in our elections. Voting absentee is a privilege, not a right, that is in statute and state supreme court caselaw. Courts have ruled, thus the procedures must be followed or the ballot cannot be counted. Outright stating election/voter fraud is more easily achieved because of the loose nature of ballots floating around the entire state. Wis Stats 6.86(1)(ac): An elector requesting a ballot under this paragraph shall return with the voted ballot a copy of the request bearing an original signature of the elector as provided in s. 6.87 (4). Here is what is required by law, if using MyVote: 1. A registered voter goes on MyVote and requests an absentee ballot, that message gets sent to your local municipal clerk. 2. The clerk mails you a paper ballot and an "approved" absentee envelope to return it in. 3. You receive the ballot and a return absentee envelope. You fill it out. You have a witness sign. You are also required to include your original ballot request with your signature on it in with the ballot. This has not been happening, but it is mandatory by law. We caught it - praise the Lord. Meagan Wolfe and six WEC Commissioners have intentionally ignored this mandatory law. As a result, you end up with a scenario of: "I went to vote and was told I already had voted". This is because someone used your name, address and voter ID number. And they didn't have to include the original request with a signature .... making it easy to flood our election system with fake absentee ballots.

(Cont. from above: Open Letter to WI County Clerks and Sheriffs)👇🏻 There are many documented cases, reports and analysis of non-US citizens registering to vote and or participating in Wisconsin elections that we will be happy to share with you.  The non-US citizen Wisconsin driver's license is nearly indistinguishable from a Wisconsin citizen driver's license (See attached Non-US Driver's License Wisconsin) making it extremely difficult for Poll Workers and MyVote to prevent non-US citizens from registering to vote and or participate in Wisconsin elections. We are a consortium of volunteers across Wisconsin who share your professional concern to make sure that the votes of all electors are recorded as they intended them to be.  Having been formed in August of 2021, in response to many unanswered questions and concerns involving the 2020 Presidential Election (See attached Back Story on Ad-Hoc Committee), we set out to voluntarily, in any way possible, help all electors, Clerks and Sheriffs with the administration of elections without interference.  There have been some successes for election integrity over the last nearly 3 years (See attached Successes for Election Integrity Wisconsin), but much more work needs to be considered for 2024. Please find embedded in this email thread an example of one of our many statewide election integrity updates over the last 60 days regarding the apparent compromised security of electronic voting systems that have exhaustively been brought to our attention by many different and independent resources over the last 3 nearly years. We were in almost total disbelief over the last nearly 3 years when countless examples involving the electronic voting systems were brought to our attention showing how the electronic voting systems were, are and will potentially be compromised. After many hours of analyzing and vetting many of these sources over the last nearly 3 years, we have come to the very sad conclusion that these examples of electronic voting systems being comprised are valid and of very serious concern if we want Wisconsin elections to be administered and protected with integrity. While there are many examples of questionable and documented electronic voting systems being hacked embedded in this email thread, we would like to particularly emphasize the one from the National Sheriff's Association Meeting with FBI Director Ray in February of 2024 that promised electronic voting systems are going to be hacked in 2024 and that the FBI/Federal Government cannot do anything to stop the hacks or help when they do (click here - Election Systems Cyber Attack Promised for 2024 (rumble.com)). We have a plan (See attached Project 5.40 Table of Contents) that many communities across Wisconsin have legally, constitutionally and ethically implemented and or are looking at implementing that will statutorily transition from electronic voting systems to paper ballots and hand count to protect the integrity of their elections.  According to the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC), nearly 200 +/- Wisconsin communities currently use paper ballots and hand count instead of electronic voting systems as is outlined in State Statute 5.40 (click here- Wisconsin Legislature: 5.40).  As a matter of fact, according to WEC, well over 2 million ballots have been counted by hand without electronic voting systems since 2008 (See attached Project 5.40 Paper Ballots Hand Count - 2008). We are also working with the Legislature, and possibly the Courts, on protecting all electors, Clerks and Sheriffs to get out in front of non-US citizens with Wisconsin driver's licenses from registering to vote and participating in Wisconsin's 2024 elections.  According to the DMV (See attached DMV WEC Non-US Citizen License), 258,356 non-US citizens have been issued a Wisconsin driver's license between January 1, 2019, through November 2023.

Update - with more research by a patriot the highest attendance we could find was back in 2012 with 2,200. From 2,200 down to 660 the weekend before last is a drop of 72%. I have two sources who attended past events and they stated attendance was 5,000. That is where the number came from. ~ Peter Bernegger
