Dear Colleagues, Please be informed about the implementation of the VFA (Vehicle Flow App) credit system for truck access to the terminal DP WORLD AGIGEA Testing phase (production): started on 15 June 2026, 14:00 and will run until end of August 2026 Mandatory implementation: starting with 1 September 2026 Important points: During the testing phase, the use of credits is already required for truck access No truck access is possible without active credits in VFA All transport companies must be registered in the VFA platform, together with their truck fleets → Platform access: vfa.dpw.ro Financial conditions (testing phase): 5 RON = 100 credits (symbolic value for testing purposes) No purchase limit Credits validity: 6 months All amounts used during testing will be fully refunded After testing phase: Starting 01.09.2026, the tariff will be 15 RON (VAT included) / credit Ukraine & Moldova: Transporters from these countries can register in VFA as individuals, due to lack of automatic company validation.
