About AITU students and delay of university certificates: We've been noticed about the delay from your university. To solve the issue we made 3 possible solutions for AITU students. 1. Make a photo of your Student ID with visible Full Name and Photo or 2. Use certificates you received any time from September 2022 3. Use Transcript After you eventually get the certificate, send us an E-mail with your Team ID and new Certificate attached to hackathon@nu.edu.kz Because of this, you may receive the approve/reject late. Preliminary we can say that official check-in will start at 9:00 and end at 11:00 on 15th of April. We will conduct opening around at 10:00. The start of the hackathon is at 11:00. Arriving later than 12:00 means disqualification from the hackathon according to the rules. So please plan your time accordingly 🕙 The next day, 16th of April, we expect all of the activities (pitch presentations, jury decisions and closing ceremony) to end at 17:00. 📍We will post detailed agenda next week

❔What is the mode of participation? ❕OFFLINE. All participants must check in on the campus to participate in the hackathon. Online participation is prohibited. 🏨 If you are not from Astana, there is an affordable option to spend the night in a hotel on the campus of Nazarbayev University. More details about the hotel is here. We are recommending you to consider this option because it is important to be near the campus on the day of hackathon. On top of that, we are hardly working on to make you discount in this hotel. Things have not been decided yet, but as soon as we get the green light, we will let you know.
