We are thrill to officially announce our plan for refunding and providing liquidity for the $DNFT token as follows: 1/ Phase 1: Liquidity provision based on smart vouchers. $DNFT will be locked into Smart Vouchers according to a vesting schedule (100% unlocked on August 1st); before this date, the tokens cannot be redeemed; however, you can immediately trade these Smart Vouchers on any NFT marketplace on the BNB chain or on Vemo's marketplace (launching in May 2024). The KYC extension is closed, we have received a lot more KYC in the last 2 weeks. We are currently in the final stage of screening and double checking these KYC lists. If there are any problems, we will contact you via registered email. The next step we will work with partners to set up smart vouchers containing new $DNFT tokens to compensate for valid KYC. The KYC process has ended as expected on March 29, 2024 23:59 UTC Thank you for your cooperation and following the instructions. We had a day to review and summarize KYC wallets compared to the previously announced compensation list. We realize that the number of wallets that have performed KYC is only a small part of the list of wallets compensated. This may be because some investors do not have the habit of regularly checking the project's official information channels. Therefore, even though the KYC deadline has passed today, we are still continuing to receive new KYCs. After careful consideration, we have decided to extend the KYC closing deadline to March 17, 2024 23:59 UTC so that more $DNFT holders can be compensated. After this deadline, wallets that are not KYC will not receive $DNFT back in any way. The amount of derelict $DNFT will be burnt. Note: you must connect to the wallet that is on the compensation list, cases of using a wallet that is not on the compensation list will not be recognized. After finishing KYC we will move to the next step, compensating $DNFT owners in the form of a smart voucher containing $DNFT inside. You can trade smart vouchers directly on our partner's marketplace or you can also claim all $DNFT inside the smart voucher to trade when $DNFT is listed on DEX/CEX exchanges. Here’s the steps of the plan that we have been and will be going through following the order below: 1. Take the snapshots of all holder's balances, staker’s balances and liquidity provider’s positions at the moment right before the exploit (done) 2. Deploy a new $DNFT token contract (done) 3. Open the KYC site All new token receivers need to get identity-verified. 4. Open the claiming site & add liquidity for smart NFTs. The claim site will allow new token receivers to claim smart NFTs representing their new token $DNFT positions, which is under 100% unlocked and 3-month cliff. The smart NFTs are fully unlocked, transferable, tradable and can be used to redeem full amounts of new $DNFT token when vesting takes place. We will add bidding liquidity for the smart NFTs and there’ll be the deadline for claiming. 5. Add liquidity for new $DNFT token Liquidity for new $DNFT token will be added when vesting starts to take place. We also will bring the new token on centralized exchanges along with adding DEX liquidity pools As we have been actively working on the plan in the last 2 months, the 1st and 2nd step are now done. To clarify, the result here are for only token holders, who were holding $DNFT before the exploit. We're in the process of snapshotting all staking balances, including $DNFT and $DNFT-BNB LP staking balance. All staker's funds are safe as staking contracts weren't attacked Along with that snapshotting result of staking balances, we're also doing snapshotting for $DPL and $DP token balances. Snapshotting result & new $DNFT token contract Dear community, We've finished snapshotting all $DNFT token balances at the moment before the exploiting time. Please check out the snapshotting result in the tweet below (find your wallet by filling in the address) Along with that, we have deployed the new token contract for $DNFT token. The new token contract of $DNFT from now onwards is 0x73db1B3D3A436F92A6E9d6836a2985C5756E7630 The new token contract is non-upgradable and controlled by a multi-sig wallet. Next things in the pipeline are that we'll airdrop the new $DNFT token to all token holders of the old $DNFT based on the snapshotting result and add liquidities for $DNFT trading pair on $BNBChain. We also would like to give you some update about the investigation progress. We've reported all details of the exploit to the local authorities and are patiently waiting for the results. The exploiter is detected to be related to many web3 projects & the identity is being tracked As the case is being in charged of by the police, we need to ask for the permissions to reveal any piece of information. Dear DareNFT Community, Thanks for your patience. We've been actively investigating the case and here below we would like to share how the attack happened & took place. It's the part 1 of the revealing. The exploiter address is 0x6cd36B9459dfef332479d50bEc129932285A1656 On Oct 18 08:12:31 AM UTC & 11:23:51 AM UTC the exploiter attacked 2 upgradable contracts of our tokens $DPL (0x08A5390Fee3602CA833a9b6D3F12B0891B08e689) & $DNFT (0x162C2332e92BE409254AC7c59aD559C16a3f506E) The exploiter was able to mint the large amounts of $DNFT & $DPL. After minting, he started to sell all the tokens he had into $DNFT & $DPL liquidity pools on Pancakeswap. Total Funds Lost was: 75 WBNB & 33,969.26514 BUSD (~$50K in total at the exploiting ) We kept tracking the exploiter. After a few hours since the attack, he started to wash all the stolen money, starting from swapped all WBNB to BUSD then distributed the stolen money to 3 layers of wallets. The final destination of the funds lost was 0xA96Be652A08D9905F15B7FbE2255708709BeCD09, which is the Hot Wallet on BNBChain of a trusted centralized exchange. We've contacted, transferred all evidences and on-chain tracking above to them and been waiting for the results. What we'll be doing are: 1. Snapshot balances of $DPL holders before Oct-18 08:12:31 AM UTC and of $DNFT holders before Oct-18 11:23:51 AM 2. Create new $DNFT & $DPL contracts 3. Airdrop 1:1 the new tokens to all $DNFT & $DPL holders with the amounts equally to which before the attack 4. Add liquidity to new $DNFT & $DPL tokens on DEXes.
