• Please consider below points with regards to participate in OFS segment on exchange

• 1. Transfer fund in your trading code before 2.00 pm on day of participation.
• 2. Mail your purchase order( including scrip name / qty / price ) in OFS segment before 2.15 pm on account2@matalia.co.in ( as we have to transfer client money to exchange in OFS segment before placing order on behalf of client , so it is compulsory for us to know value of client's OFS segment order ).
• 3. For modification / cancellation of OFS order ( price / qty ) client can mail on account2@matalia.co.in before 3.00 pm and modification will be done on best effort basis.
• 4. OFS purchase order can not be placed against Margin pledge shares.
• 5. Sell of OFS allotted shares will be allowed only after credit of shares in client demat account.
• 6. Client can participate only in 1 segment ( either retail or non-retail ( HNI ) category ) in OFS.
• 7. In retail segment client can not enter OFS purchase order below non-retail allotment rate.
• 8. Conformation of OFS order will be provided after receipt of Trade file from exchange. ( generally 9 pm )

As per an RBI circular dated January 05, 2024, which will be applicable from April 05, 2024, we would like to inform you that Currency Derivative contracts can be utilised only for Hedging any exposure in the underlying currency pair and one must ensure the existence of a valid underlying contracted exposure and establish the same, if required.
In compliance with the same, *all open positions in Currency Futures and Options will be put under square off mode and no fresh positions will be allowed, effective April 3, 2024.
