I've built an English level test for you to try. It gives a pretty decent read on your grammar and vocabulary, from complete beginner to proficiency.
It adapts as you go, getting easier or harder depending on how you're doing, and it should take between 10 and 15 minutes. You'll get your level, A1 to C2, plus a quick explanation for anything you got wrong. Free, just your name and email so I can see how you did.
