| 3 | INTRODUCTION OF THE BOOK WALKING IN THE SUPERNATURAL
The supernatural world is not a myth or a fairy tale. Although men may try to disprove this, which is common today. Yet, the nature of man will always desire the supernatural.
Before the inception of the first superhero comic character in 1936, titled Phantom, man has always known that there is more beyond what man can do normally.
This curiosity has led to the development of studies such as metaphysics, psychology, occultism, necromancy, astrology, and many more.
These studies are targeted at harnessing the latent power of the soul, which has been alienated from the life of God.
After the publication of Phantom, another comic character introduced in 1938 is Superman. This is a character that has the ability to fly and shoot lasers from his eyes with so much physical strength. This character has intrigued many children, which stirred a desire in them to be like Superman. But, as children grow and are exposed to teachings that are anti-supernatural from religious, academic, and social institutions, that desire tends to weaken.
Unfortunately, the system of this world is being designed by the god of this world to keep man from knowing his full potential through ignorance and so much darkness. This has led many to label every supernatural demonstration as fake or demonic, while those that operate in the supernatural are labeled deceivers.
For you who are in Christ, the Bible calls you a new creation. At salvation, God is not trying to revive that old man that is already dead; rather, he changes you completely and gives you a new life. This is like God installing a new Windows but having to format everything from the previous Windows without backing it up. At redemption, God changed your operating system from the natural to the supernatural through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
The believer has been given the responsibility of demonstrating the divine nature, which supersedes that of the fake. In Egypt, Moses worked miracles that the magicians in Egypt tried replicating until they got to their limit and testified, "This is the finger of God." (Exodus 8:18).
This means that this act can only be done by the power of God. The supernatural for the believer is not the same as with the man in sin.
Walking in the supernatural will be a function of learning and understanding what God has made available for you and what you can do based on that in salvation. The supernatural is not mysterious to the believer because it can be explained. This book is an exploration of what God has made available for you at redemption.
This book is divided into three sections, with the first two sections having subsections ending with questions to ponder, while the last section has subsections ending with supernatural activation exercises.
At the end of this book, you will know how to walk in the supernatural. It is my desire that, as you read, the power of God will jump on you and empower you to do the impossible.

| 7 | DISCERNING FALSE PROPHETS
The word prophet is not strange to our world anymore. Everyone knows who a prophet is, but it's interesting that not everyone knows who a false prophet is. When you call someone a false prophet, it is not because of jealousy, rivalry, or anything of the sort; some babies, in understanding, would try to get emotional and start fighting up and down. In today's teaching, I'm going to teach you how to discern a false prophet which is not based on emotions or physical outlook.
Deuteronomy 13:1-2 tells us, "If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder, and the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them."
The first step in discerning a false prophet is in the things that he says. The things that he says wouldn't be centered around the accuracy of his utterance but the end of his utterance. Moses later told us in Deuteronomy 18 that if the word of a prophet doesn't come to pass, then he is not from God. It's important for you to know that this would limit your ability to discern and identify false prophets. For instance, Jonah was prophesying the downfall of Nineveh; it didn't come to pass in his lifetime but many years later.
One thing you should look out for is the utterance. Watch what happens after the accurate prophetic utterance. The prophet saying, Let's go after strange gods, won't be only talking about the idols in your village. Strange gods can be the prophets themselves, money, or fame. If a prophet prophesies wealth or a husband and that wonder comes to pass, yet it draws you away from church, from prayers, and from devotion, then that prophecy is a false prophecy.
I recall an experience while flowing in the prophetic, and I will see a lucrative job coming for someone. I will tell you this job is coming, but it's a trap to lead you away from your service to God. Prophet acts as a shield, a shepherd, protecting God's people from dangers and irrelevance in God.
False prophets would be mostly concerned about what they could get from you. Unfortunately, we have a lot of false prophets, and they masquerade themselves in expensive suits and designer watches, giving prophecies of what you want to hear, always revealing your lusts and selfish heart desires and not God's will. It's important that your eyes are opened in this age to see the intention of so-called prophets and men of God; otherwise, we would have to start casting out demons from believers that cannot be possessed.
As a child of God, stick to doctrine, stick to sanity, stick to prayers and the word, and allow God to lead you personally as an individual and collectively in a church. Any prophecy that is coming should be confirmation of what God has already said or will say to you in your devotion.
As I end this writing, Apostle Paul was getting prophecies that he would be jailed. Even a national prophet, Agbus, told him he would be jailed, but Paul, a man of the spirit, did not stay off Jerusalem because it's God's will for his life and ministry. I pray that God will open your eyes to discern his will in prophecies, in the name of Jesus.

How To Give Accurate Prophetic Words
Some people think that prophesying is easy as it looks. It's not easy on your own human intellect because it's not guess work and if you are not being inspired by the Holy Spirit or understand certain principles you may be frustrated in doing so.
Prophecy is easy with the help of the spirit. On your own is very difficult that's why we use faith and the things of the spirit to Prophesy.
Apostle Paul advised the church at Corinth to follow after love then desire to prophesy. Any believer that wants to be accurate in the prophetic must grow in the understanding of God's love to man.
God's love should channel your desire to prophesy because it's actually through desire that we want to prophesy that we prophesy and the depth we want to go.
So love should be the reason why you should prophesy that's why you can see some prophets while prophesying and they become emotional and start crying or get angry because of demonic activities it's because their desire is fueled by love.
The best way for you to be accurate is don't prophesy to be accurate or forensic, prophesy because of the love of God is shed abroad in your heart by the spirit.
Also ensure you don't go outside the boundary of faith. Don't succumb to pressure and start prophesying. There are high chances that you may be less accurate that's why what must fill your mind is I am a believer I have the Spirit so I prophesy because I Love to see this person edified. Don't seek to be accurate seek to edify the person you are ministering to.

| 15 | PROPHESYING USING SYMBOLIC VISIONS
We are surrounded by symbols in our world today. The alphabets and numbers are actually symbols used to pass across a meaning. Interestingly, these symbols play a major role in the prophetic because God speaks primarily to our spirit. For the you to comprehend what God has said, it has to pass through the faculty of your mind. In the mind comprises your emotions and intellect. You cannot see or know beyond the content of your heart.
Symbolic visions are one of the fastest way to prophesy accurately if you follow the RIDE principle:
Revelation
Interpretation
Delivery
Edification
Revelation:
This is the easiest part of this principle. I have trained and given my students in mentorship this rule, "ALL PICTURES YOU SEE WHEN YOU WANT TO PROPHESY ARE ACCURATE."
Some people will want to fight with the revelation or dismiss it because it didn't make sense at that time. Because you saw a picture that does not look sensible now does not mean that is false. You need to adopt this rule so you won't struggle in prophesying.
Interpretation:
This is the difficulty aspect of this principle. At this point, you will be trying to figure out what it actually meant. I will give you a rule that will help you which is, "ALLOW THE REVELATION INTERPRET ITSELF WITH OTHER FACILITIES OF THE PROPHETIC."
I remember I was teaching a group of students then I saw a vision of a DOVE 🕊️ and I was patient to allow the vision interpret itself. Some people may see this and be quick to call it the Holy Spirit but as I tasked my spirit for the interpretation through my mind I got a knowing that it means the gift of healing and that word opened another vision where I saw who the word was for, what he needed to do to walk in healing.
Peter had a similar experience and the Bible said when he thought on what he had seen, the HOLY GHOST SAID THREE MEN SEEK YOU.... How can kill and eat three times speaks of go and preach to the Gentiles.
So you need to have the heart of a child. This is why a book that explains symbols is useless to you. A house can mean different things based on your perspective. So you need to trust in the spirit of God to make things clear to you.
Delivery:
You should be patient to be led to speak. How to speak must be spirit inspired. This why you should follow this rule in the prophetic, "BE QUICK TO HEAR AND SEE, SLOW TO SPEAK."
Delivery will help you know if the word is to be delivered at the right time or who the word is actually meant for. There was a time I saw a name PATRICK and the interpretation was it's relative from the mother side that's sick. As I wanted to give the person I was looking at, the leading came throw it general and it was for the person at my back. If I gave that person that word I would have been wrong because I prophesied to the wrong person.
Edification:
This is the essence of prophecy. This means that the reason why you will be prophesying is to build men up and bless their lives. This is what separates the minister from a superstar. A superstar will want all the spotlight while the minister will prophesy to bless and make Jesus shine.
