| 2 | When a market is trending, the only way to play it is to assume the trend continues after every consolidation.
Uptrend --> consolidation --> uptrend
We want to see the structure remain intact.
Higher lows. Higher highs.
40k is the level to watch for a structure break.
42100-41200 is the area to watch for potential long setups on a higher low.
With every up-wave, the probability of it being "the last before a deeper correction" increases.
The percent of capital you risk on each additional trade should be less and less.
At some point this will change and you'll be wrong so you'll take a loss.
Simple.
Just don't be like most people who do the opposite.
As the price goes up, the move becomes extended, they increase their position sizes because they feel they missed out on the move until here and they want to "catch up".
These people get wiped out when the structure eventually shifts.
They give back all the gains made, and then some.
Until that happens: "long until wrong" is the way to play this.

| 3 | One thing I want to point out in terms of what to focus on in the next days/weeks:
Watch how the capital rotation is happening right now.
It's been happening for a few days now, but today it's becoming very clear.
The capital flows from one big ecosystem into another one.

Position well "above water" now after some diving under, and this looks like a beauty with price up 14% from entry.
Stop loss moved to near break-even at 2.954
Not sure if it's going straight to the first target or some pullback/consolidation first, but TP orders set and waiting slightly below 3.60 in case it reaches it over night.
I can only imagine how many people got shaken out of this trade.
With a little patience and key level at 2.768 being defended, here we are.

Still holding above the support, but I wouldn't like to see it much lower than today's low.

| 9 | PYTH reaching the first target zone at 0.400-0.420, up 16% from entry so far.
I have a TP order for 1/4 of my position in that zone, only to secure some profit in case it gets rejected.
Otherwise, PYTH looks amazing if it starts closing candles above 0.400 and I'll look to re-buy that 1/4 again if I see it break 0.400 successfully and then come back to retest it later from above
This coin has tortured anyone who tried to buy it since it was listed on exchanges, so most people gave up trying.
That's one of the reasons I expect it has lots of room to run if it starts rallying strongly after all that bleeding.

This is a multi-week swing play, I do not expect it to play out quickly.
I intend to hold this and not look at it until it makes a significant move.
Entries anywhere from 43.52 down to 41.47 are good.

First small resistance here at 0.38, but with SOL looking this good, I expect PYTH to go higher after some consolidation/pullback.

This is one of the known "cursed coins" that many have tried trading while it kept bleeding down, but to me it seems like it's ready for a more explosive move to the upside soon.
Stop loss is a 4h candle close below 0.30884
Targeting 0.400-0.4200 area as a TP1
Small position size, because it's very volatile, and for the same reasons I mentioned in the message above.
The risk of BTC suddenly dumping increases as we are nearing 10. January ETF decision.
Therefore any new trades I open are with smaller size than usual.

| 15 | As a side-note, since I noticed some people think I went in with a huge position size on this trade... Anyone who has been following me for a while knows that is not the case.
It's a normal trade as any other, with a defined risk in advance, and the fact that I have multiple smaller orders spread across an area doesn't mean I'm "accumulating a huge position".
We are not in the phase of the market where you go aggressive.
On the contrary, this is where you size more conservatively because the market is already quite overextended, and the nearer we are to 10. January, the less risk / smaller position sizes you should take on any trades.
The only time you can size more aggressively (if you have a clear setup/reasons) is AFTER you see a -20%-30% drop on BTC, and whatever % happens on altcoins during that move.
On the other hand, the more prices overextend without any deeper corrections, the less risk and position size you should take on any new trades you open, UNTIL you see the correction happen. | 924 |

I have more orders waiting below and I'll leave them there just in case there's another wick or attempt to push down because BTC doesn't look too good, so it's still possible I might get all of them filled.

No need to chase.
Glad to see this coin showing a sign of strength while there's weakness in other altcoins.
All I need is for BTC to range and not do anything dramatic during next week, and this coin should have an easy time going higher
