💰 My Rules to Take Maximum Profit & Avoid Giving It Back to the Market 1️⃣ Never go all-in Only allocate a small portion of the portfolio to each trade — an amount I’m genuinely comfortable losing. Capital preservation comes first. 2️⃣ Keep position sizes consistent I’ll try to use roughly the same amount on every trade instead of aggressively compounding. One bad trade shouldn’t wipe out the profits from several good ones. 3️⃣ Maximum 2–3 active trades Avoid overexposure and overtrading. I’d rather manage a few high-conviction positions properly than have multiple trades running at once. 4️⃣ Take profits step-by-step Don’t wait for one perfect target. Book partial profits at different levels 5️⃣ Protect profits, not just entries Once a trade moves significantly in my favor, the goal is to reduce risk and protect what the market has already given me. 🎯 The goal isn’t to catch every move. The goal is to stay in the game, consistently lock profits, and compound over the long run.
