Maruti/heromotoco/eichermot can show some weakness and every rise may get sell off. This start happening when we are near or when we are at the beginning of a BEAR phase. 1. Nifty is at critical support zone which we all are seeing...For us the key zone is 24405 - 24480 Resistance in Spot chart. 2. Nifty bulls to stay in the game need to ensure a close above this zone in 2-3 session and maintain the zone on daily closing basis. If this is notice that bulls are safe & retest of 24730 spot level is expected. 3. Unable to close above this, may ensure that the 5th Aug Low of 23893 might break as well. 4. We have Gann date and US election results lined up which is 4th & 5th Nov. 5. As Gann students and as a trader we all know the importance of US election and the impact of the results for the whole world. Hence the Volatility is expected to be high. 6. We are very keen on watching the major Price Zone created by Time and Price which is 23760 - 23530 which might held for Bulls if at all point no 3 happened.
