On May 12, 2026, International Finance students participated in an educational visit to the SOSORO Museum, where they explored the history and evolution of Cambodia’s monetary system and economic development. Throughout the visit, students gained insights into ancient Cambodian coins, international trade during the Funan Era, the barter system of the Angkor period, and the impact of the Khmer Rouge era on Cambodia’s economy. Interactive exhibits and learning activities also encouraged students to deepen their understanding of financial history and cultural heritage. This visit marks another valuable opportunity for students to connect classroom learning with real-world historical and economic perspectives.
