Good news for the XRP founders. Aiding and abetting charges dropped. No charges or trial for them personally I think.

Here's what really stupid people think. Criminals use X. So goverment should make X illegal. X= Pens Paper Desks Electricity Cars Air Messages Email Water Money Food Chairs Cryptocurrency Roads Clothing Banks Mail Internet Gas Language Buses Phones Every time you idiots call for X to be restricted, all you do is harm yourself. Deputizing millions of people as fake, 3rd party, unaccountable pseudo-police, just harms all their lives and those of all the innocent people they harrass, terminate, and violate the privacy of. Save all that money wasted on making fake cops and hire real cops. Let real cops get raises and hire more of them. Nothing replaces professional investigators with accountability.

#Ethereum is https://publiccommentsgpt.com a better comment writing assistant than https://treasuryraid.lexpunk.army & http://standwithcrypto.org? #Bitcoin, #XRP

https://www.standwithcrypto.org/ I wouldn't enter my actual info, but for geolocating your representative, perhaps your local McDonalds might work. There's other useful info on there too.

ONLY 12 DAYS REMAIN! Generate lists of common comments against proposed SEC/IRS rules. Merge lists & run through text cleaner / de-duplicator. Ask AI how each comment would apply to: 1. REG–122793–19 2. Safeguarding Advisory Client Assets, SEC Release No. IA-6240; File No. S7-04-23 File No. S7-02-22; Supplemental Information and Reopening of Comment Period for Amendments to Exchange Act Rule 3b-16 Regarding the Definition of “Exchange” (this one is technically outside the open comment period.) You have to ask one by one, for each comment idea, or the AI runs out of context window. (It can only think about so much stuff at once.) Bingo bango, you have a list perspectives, applied to proposed rules. Great for learning. The only hard part of this, is that the rules are about 300 and 400 pages long. That makes it very hard fit into context. So you'd have to feed the AI summaries of the rules or, attack parts of it one by one, like taking bites of a sandwich. You might try to use the "superbooga or superbooga2" feature in the "sessions" tab of oobabooga to load the 300 page doc. In theory it would search for relevant parts from the giant document to use as context for your question. To run those you have to bash cmd_linux.sh into a prompt, to install a couple extra things (which when it fails the first time you try to run it, it will tell you what you're missing.) Then you can ctrl c to end text-generation-webui if it's running. Bash start_linux.sh to start it. Go to sessions tab, click superbooga or superbooga2. Load model. Click Parameters>instruction template. Make sure you're on the right one. (auto_max_new_tokens) is nice the model you load exposes that in the settings below. Banning the eos_token can get you lots and lots of text sometimes, before you get gibberish. In summary, you should have a pretty gigantic list of comments that would apply to the proposed rules that you can read and learn from. The game is to have every possible perspective and idea as a lens to see the rule through. So that every single one of them can be considered. Little changes to a piece of text in a rule can lead to decades of pain for millions of people, so it's quite important to exhaust every possible perspective and angle.

Inflation is just a measurement of how much money there is vs how much stuff there is. When governments print money, everyone has to work harder to make more stuff to cancel it out, or you get inflation. The only solution to inflation is for the government to stop wasting money. Then the people once receiving it can get real jobs, making stuff. Stuff doesn't make itself you know.

Richard means “Hard Ruler.” Heart means passionate. Win means dedicated. I don’t give up. I win. You’ve watched the dead bodies of those who thought were smart float on down the river. Mashinsky, SBF, Do Kwon, Su Zhu. They’re all in jail now. And what did they all have in common? I spoke out against all of them publicly and they didn’t like me. Oh, and they took people’s money into a common pool, with the expectation of profit, critically from their entrepreneurial and managerial effort. This is the opposite of why crypto was invented of course. I’ve been begging and am still begging you to hold your own keys to save you. Don’t pick up pennies in front of freight trains. Not your keys, not your coins. I raised $27M for medical research charity. I called the crypto price top accurately, for free. I called the watch price top accurately, for free. I produce self-help books for free. I produce free self-help content for free. I fight for your rights, in countries I don’t even live in, for free. HEX, PulseChain and PulseX were given away to thousands for free. You could say… I’m into freedom. Now ask yourself, of those that speak ill of me, what are their accomplishments compared to mine? How are they spending their time now? Are they fighting for your rights? Are they educating you? Do they give it all away for free? Where’s their free self-help books? Where’s their millions raised for charity? Where’ their free and open-source software? Satoshi abandoned Bitcoin after just 2 years of it having a price. Millions of Bitcoin users were savaged because it’s crippleware. They didn’t have real DeFi to try and earn yield, or trade or nearly anything else you can do with #Ethereum or PulseChain that you can’t do on BTC. So they put their money into the coffers of evil men. Centralized entities that are the opposite of why crypto was invented. And it wasn’t just the BTC maximalists that caused the horror. It was regulatory capture as well, where the incumbents are protected by rules that not only can’t be followed, but which purposely are never created, so that you might never follow them. The crippleware enthusiasts and the regulators are responsible for the billions of dollars lost to the centralized entities crypto was invented to destroy. Does only a few centralized exchanges left seem like a free and open market? And who is crippling that market? The regulators. And who benefitted from all the centralization in just a few entities? The scammers and the incumbents. Who lost? You. And those that didn’t listen to me lost far, far more. BTW, what if BTC was going down in part, because people were selling spot to buy discounted grayscale shares? The discount to NAV is now less than half it was months ago. Another example of centralization at work. Imagine how much happier the BTC price and the environment would be if mining didn’t require so much money be handed to the power company had a couple chip manufacturers. PulseChain solves this. What should you be focused on? Writing relevant comments to proposed rules. Robustness from attack. Privacy. Being ready for end of the bear market. We are better than those that attack us, in our words and our works. We will win. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regulatory_capture

#Bitcoin Stop doomscrolling. The real heroes are deep in AI, doing research & writing relevant, substantive comments to the proposed rules. There's only 17 days left. Don't let them savage what you love. FIGHT BACK. Get on your damn keyboard and work. Net neutrality received millions of comments to the FCC, it didn't pass the rule. Sadly, y'all have put up less than 1000 comments across both the proposed rules... Considering you can post anonymously, it's pitiful. You guys are so pitiful, you don't even click the links. Less than 10k pageviews total in their hit counter. Stop being losers and work. 17 days remain. #Ethereum if you're doing anything other than commenting right now, you're part of the problem. 1. https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2023/08/30/2023-18667/safeguarding-advisory-client-assets-reopening-of-comment-period#addresses 2. https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2023/08/29/2023-17565/gross-proceeds-and-basis-reporting-by-brokers-and-determination-of-amount-realized-and-basis-for#open-commentYou

There are 2 different comment's on two different proposed rules closing on the same day. One from the IRS, one from the SEC. Here is the SEC one. Relevant and substantive comments are best. Still open: 1. https://federalregister.gov/documents/2023/08/30/2023-18667/safeguarding-advisory-client-assets-reopening-of-comment-period#addresses And to be clear, here's the IRS one ending on the same day: still open: 2. https://federalregister.gov/documents/2023/08/29/2023-17565/gross-proceeds-and-basis-reporting-by-brokers-and-determination-of-amount-realized-and-basis-for#open-commentYou Here's a 3rd, where comments recently "closed." But apparently the commission still publishes late comments and may consider them as well. Here's a recently "closed" one. 3. https://federalregister.gov/documents/2023/05/05/2023-08544/supplemental-information-and-reopening-of-comment-period-for-amendments-regarding-the-definition-of Richard Heart hasn't read any of these things, so you should.

HEX, PulseChain, PulseX are truly decentralized. Many things in #cryptocurrency are decentralized in name only. Check out these zip files that let you run the HEX code from your desktop. Feel free to inspect the code. As it has been from day 1 in HEX, there's always been multiple sites, from multiple teams, on multiple code bases, in multiple places that you can choose from to run the code you wish. Even on multiple networks now. https://gitlab.com/pulsechaincom/hex-server/-/releases

Important! Comment period ends 10/30/23: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2023/08/29/2023-17565/gross-proceeds-and-basis-reporting-by-brokers-and-determination-of-amount-realized-and-basis-for#open-commentYou can also request to speak at the public hearing planned Nov. 7 & Nov. 8 if there’s enough requests to speak. Outlines to speak must be received by Oct. 30 or the public hearing will be cancelled. Submit your substantive, relevant comments before the deadline! You can do so over the net, and anonymously if you wish. You can use bing.com/chat and claude.ai to help you verify your comments are relevant and substantive. They're free and amazingly helpful. As an experiment, ask it to write you something and see how amazing it is. Ask it to expand on it. Ask it to include citations and quotes. Ask it to speak in the voice of a supreme court justice, for a laugh. Doing your own research has never been easier! Writing your own comments is fun! Also ends 10/30/23: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2023/08/30/2023-18667/safeguarding-advisory-client-assets-reopening-of-comment-period#addresses Now, for the first possible APA violation. Searching regulations.gov for: cryptocurrency, cryptocurrencies, virtual currency or virtual currencies in that box in the screenshots doesn’t bring up all the important and currently open for comment results. Saying you want comments, and then hiding the issues from people searching for them; misleading them that they don’t exist, is perhaps a violation of the APA. For instance, the second link in this post doesn't appear in the results. Richard Heart is not a lawyer, and this is not legal advice. Richard Heart hasn't read any of these. You should. You may make substantive and relevant comments anonymously by web form or alternative means. Time is running out. Richard is doing more to make the world a better place, by getting eyeballs and engagement for good rule making, than most. And mind you, for a country he hasn't lived in for 20 years. Freedom ain't free. Do the work. Let your voice be heard, submit your relevant & substantive comments now. The sooner you start, the sooner the regulators can be educated by you and fellow commenters may be inspired by reading your public comments as well. You have all the tools you need to make a positive impact. #cryptocurrency
