The ONE single major reason for this and why its going to keep happening like this over and over again; is that they know this kid is safe to do this to. A bunch of whites aren't going to come out of the wood work and start surrounding the cops arresting him. No one is going to try to interfere with the arrest. The kid himself isn't going to fight. It is safe to police the white population.

police almost universally avoid policing actions against dangerous men and dangerous areas. It's not just the UK either. Go to chicago or any other big city and you'll see cops all over the financial district giving tickets and pulling people over and issuing parking fines. Just crawling all over those safe areas.
