Recently we asked how you prefer to book trips. 32% of you said you book through a travel agent or package. The reason we asked: we've shared TBO Tek for study purposes, and its business is built around exactly this.
TBO Tek is a B2B platform for travel agents. When you book through an agent, there's a good chance they're booking your hotel or flight on TBO's platform. So TBO could benefit as more people travel and use agents.
A few interesting facts 👇
1️⃣ Big volume: More than ₹11,000 Cr worth of travel was booked through TBO in just one quarter (Apr–Jun 2026), up 37% from last year.
2️⃣ Fast growth: Revenue grew 81% to ₹926 Cr, and profit rose 32% to ₹83 Cr.
3️⃣ Healthy margin: TBO earns about ₹15–18 of operating profit on every ₹100 of revenue, and this margin is improving as the business grows.
4️⃣ Global reach: Over 33,000 travel businesses use TBO every month, and it recently bought Classic Vacations, a US luxury travel company.
