Hindola Parva
The Hindola festival begins today - Ashadh Vad Bij, and continues for an entire month. It is a cherished Hindu tradition where devotees create decorated hindolas (swings) to lovingly swing Bhagwan as an expression of deep affection, devotion and reverence.
Here is the first Hindola darshan of the season.
▪️Chaturmas Upvās during Shibir
By the agna of Pujya Sadguru Santos, any shibir attendee currently observing Chaturmas Upvās (such as dhārnā-pārnā, ektānā, etc) is requested to pause their niyams for the three days of the shibir. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow haribhaktos during meals and remain fully energized and focused throughout the shibir.
Reminder! Join us for todya's Guru Purnima English Sanyukta Sabha at 12pm in the Gym. See everyone soon!
Tomorrow is Dev Podhi Ekadashi, marking the start of Chaturmas. As per Shastriji Maharaj’s agna, this is one of the 5 main ekadashis that satsangis should do Nirjala upvaas on.
During chaturmas, we should strive to improve our bhakti and satsang. Whether it’s taking an extra niyam or improving the quality of our ahnik, let’s aim to use these next four months to strengthen our jodaan with Maharaj and Swami!
Today is Ashadh Sud 10, the sacred day when 11-year-old Ghanshyam Maharaj left home and began His extraordinary spiritual journey as Nilkanth Varni.
Renouncing every worldly comfort, He traveled thousands of miles across India for over seven years, inspiring countless souls through His unwavering faith, compassion, courage, and devotion to God.
Today, Shri Ghanshyam Maharaj has been beautifully adorned in the divine form of Nilkanth Varni, offering a unique darshan that commemorates this sacred occasion.
If you haven’t already, join us at mandir for darshan when it reopens at 4:00 PM! #NilkanthVarni #OurJourneyWithVarni #TapomurtiNilkanthVarni

WATCH NOW
For decades, BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha's sadguru swamis have travelled across the satsang community, nourishing and inspiring people through their lives and their discourses.
We've had the chance to be in their presence and hear them speak, but this video shows something different: the sadhana behind that spiritual stature.
They gave up successful careers and dedicated their lives on the instruction of Brahmaswarup Yogiji Maharaj.
Like the rest of us, these swamis, who followed the path of Ekantik Dharma, likely started out as ordinary people. What set them apart was decades of steady, uninterrupted sadhana.
Blessed by Brahmaswarup Yogiji Maharaj, Brahmaswarup Pramukh Swami Maharaj, and Pragat Brahmaswarup Mahant Swami Maharaj, these swamis are among the Sampraday's most valued figures.
This is likely the first time their lives of service, devotion, and sadhana are being shown on video. Through this Q&A, we hope to draw inspiration from their qualities and make them part of our own lives.
Join us Sunday, July 19th for our July Parayan by Pujya Paramratna Swami.

Why does seva—something so pure—sometimes leave us feeling frustrated, unnoticed, or even prideful?
The answer may not be in what we do, but in the subtle ego that quietly follows us.
Gadhada II–41: Seva Uncorrupted — Escaping the Ego Trap
Pujya Shantmuni Swami and an interactive panel will help us reflect on how to do seva with greater humility, purity, and joy.
