Shriji Maharaj has said: At the time of a solar or lunar eclipse, one should instantly stop all activities and chant the mantra of God in a purified state. (86). After the eclipse, devotees should bathe with the clothes one is wearing and then offer worship to God (householders should offer donations and renunciants should do puja). (87)
Mahant Swami Maharaj has written in the Satsang Diksha: When the eclipse is over, all should bathe and soak the clothes they are wearing. Thereafter, renunciants should perform puja and householder devotees should give donations. (266)

Hindola Parva
The Hindola festival begins today - Ashadh Vad Bij, and continues for an entire month. It is a cherished Hindu tradition where devotees create decorated hindolas (swings) to lovingly swing Bhagwan as an expression of deep affection, devotion and reverence.
Here is the first Hindola darshan of the season.
▪️Chaturmas Upvās during Shibir
By the agna of Pujya Sadguru Santos, any shibir attendee currently observing Chaturmas Upvās (such as dhārnā-pārnā, ektānā, etc) is requested to pause their niyams for the three days of the shibir. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow haribhaktos during meals and remain fully energized and focused throughout the shibir.
