| 2 | *UPDATE ON WATER TANK AT J BLOCK*
Our Phase-2 RWA has been following up with all agencies to expedite the water tank at J block, to augment the water supply in phase-2, since long. Posting here the chronology of this tender since last two years,which has been unduly delayed;
1. Administrative approval for Rs 229.10 lacs was granted by Finance & Contract Committee.
2. Tender called earlier was cancelled due to single bidder, was recalled again and now two agencies qualified in technical evaluation in Aug 22. So technical approval was already granted for this project and was further recommended for opening of financial bid.
3. But in Nov 22, both the contractors were disqualified (for the reasons not known) and tender called again.
4. In May 23, tender was recalled for the third time and this time four agencies participated and all of them qualified in technical evaluation but financial bids were not opened and have since been pending and further viability with the existing bidders needs to be checked as on date.
5. Our RWA members, led by Manish Dhawan, Ranbir Duggal, Self & Vivek Syal, have been following it up with MCG and today again met the Executive Engineer & the Chief Engineer who have called us in the second week of June (due to Election restrictions as of now) and have promised us to take it to the logical Conclusion as soon as they can.
We feel, if and when this water tank of approximately 27 Lacs ltrs at J block becomes a reality, for which our RWA is persuing vigorously for a long time, it should substantially ease the water situation in Phase-2.
We will follow it up till the final approval.

| 8 |  +5After various follow ups by our RWA on unauthorised traffic in Phase-2, a meeting was held between security Team of phase 2 & SHO Shahid Ahmed ji, who provided two policemen and then a 2-hour illegal/ unauthorised vehicle removing drive was carried out by the security traffic marshals, security officer and the policemen.
All unauthorised autos, taxis etc were driven out from Phase 2. This activity was a great success today. | 133 |

Due to power problem at Basai plant, GMDA's water supply was disrupted for five hours yesterday and DLF City areas are getting low pressure supply.
According to GMDA officials, this will improve gradually.

I along with some of my friends have a created a New group *Club 60 (Senior’s Care)* whose aim is to take care of our elderly/Senior Citizens of DLF Phase-2 only, who go thru lots of hardships every day, in every which way possible, be it medical emergency, Police help, personal crises or any other eventuality you may face within phase-2 or outside. There will be no money involved for the membership or any help whatsoever, in this group and if you would like to join this group as a Senior Citizen or as a Volunteer, kindly send me a personal message on my what’s app at 9811319910, I will add you in this group.
I would also like to inform you that I am *no more associated with any other Senior’s Group, other than this *Club 60 (Senior’s Care)*
So all those who have not yet Joined , you may Join *Club 60 (Seniors Care)* We will add only those volunteers who are genuinely passionate about serving the cause of our Elderly/ Seniors, as their own.
