Welcome to the debut episode of our new series, Fusus Al Hikam, exploring Ibn Arabi’s  masterpiece on the wisdoms of the prophets (Alayhim Salam). On this first chapter on the Seal of Wisdom of Adam (AS), the Shaykh takes us on a journey through Ibn Arabi’s insights into the creation of mankind, delving into the nature of the Nafs and the limitations of our sensory experience, which lead to our incapacity to define The Truth (Haqeeqah). The Shaykh speaks about the dynamic relationship we have with the world: our perception of it is not static, and we can transform it by expanding our baseerah through drawing closer to Allah, and thus drawing closer to The Truth.
