AFFILIATE UPDATE AND CHANGES We are thrilled to announce that our business is flourishing. We are now in advanced negotiations with several major football clubs across Europe, the Middle East, and South America. The response has been overwhelmingly positive: “Yes, we want this.” Consequently, we have devised a new framework for collaboration with clubs and stars. We also execute an unprecedented, large-scale AI-driven content expansion to support rapid growth. Due to confidentiality agreements, we cannot disclose further details until deals are officially announced. To deliver the ultimate gaming experience, we have partnered with Amazon Web Services, the world’s leading data infrastructure provider. This strategic alliance grants us access to the finest architecture and game scaling experts. We have processed over 300 million transactions on the XRPL ledger (Ripple). As we progress, we are deepening our collaboration with XRPL and transitioning to the new XRPL USD stablecoin, which will soon be available. This will eliminate currency fluctuations and simplify deposits. Additionally, we are working with XRPL to facilitate FIAT/bank on and off ramps to our platform. We are also deploying new smart contracts based on the XRPL EVM standard, combining XRPL's speed and features with the industry standard EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine). We have identified that many affiliates have been stacking accounts to earn more bonuses. This short-sighted strategy diminishes future earnings due to limited network reach. Therefore, we will adjust the bonus requirements to discourage stacking. Currently, one direct affiliate is needed to unlock each of the six levels in the Gold, Platinum, and Diamond lootboxes, with a minimum of Gold for each. We will maintain this requirement for the first three levels, but the requirement to unlock cash bonuses for the last three levels will slightly increase. To unlock these levels, you must have a total Team Volume (TV) of a minimum of $6,000, with a maximum of 50% from one team downline. Until you meet the new TV requirement, bonuses for the last three levels will be paid in Super tokens instead of cash. This change will make stacking less advantageous and promote a healthier affiliate network. You can already see your status in the back office. As we approach the end of the sale of pool tokens, we will significantly reduce the content of our lootboxes.
