On 7 December 2021 (I think), I tried to take my own life. My life was so bleak and I just wanted to stop feeling the pain. I wasn’t alone; my friend at the time was there for me on that difficult day. Some people tried to make me feel guilty about it, whilst others made me feel supported. After some time, a lot of therapy and medication, I was able to heal and those horrible thoughts faded away. I don’t want to leave my loved ones, and life is absolutely wonderful now. Please ask someone you trust for help. You’re not alone; your life is worth so much.
