SDG 11 နဲ့ အလှမ်းဝေးနေဆဲ မြန်မာ ======================================= EHS Myanmar | 22.5.23 [English Below] ယနေ့မှာတော့ "SDG 11" အကြောင်းပြောကြရအောင်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေး ရည်မှန်းချက်များ (SDGs) များရရှိရန် ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်နေချိန်တွင်၊ ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော မြို့များနှင့် လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းများ တည်ဆောက်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ SDG 11 ကို အာရုံစိုက်ရန် အရေးကြီးပါသည်။ သို့သော်လည်း ဤရည်မှန်းချက်သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် အထူးအားဖြင့် စိန်ခေါ်မှုများစွာရှိနေဆဲပါ။ ပထမဦးစွာ၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏မြို့ပြများသည် လျင်မြန်စွာ ချဲ့ထွင်လာပြီး မြို့ပြအသွင်ဆောင်လာကာ ယာဉ်ကြောပိတ်ဆို့မှု၊ လေထုညစ်ညမ်းမှုနှင့် အခြေခံအဆောက်အအုံ မလုံလောက်မှုကဲ့သို့သော ပြဿနာများကို ဖြစ်ပေါ်စေပါတယ်။ ထို့အပြင် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ရပ်ရွာများရှိ လူအများအပြားသည် ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှု၊ ပညာရေးနှင့် ဘေးကင်းသော အိမ်ရာများကဲ့သို့သော အခြေခံဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို လက်လှမ်းမမီနိုင်သေးပါ။ ဤမညီမျှမှုနှင့် အခြေခံဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ၊ အခြေံအဆောက်အအုံချို့တဲ့ခြင်းသည် SDG 11 ရရှိရန် တိုးတက်မှုကို အဟန့်အတားဖြစ်စေနိုင်ပါတယ်။ နောက်ထပ်စိန်ခေါ်မှုမှာ ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော အခြေခံအဆောက်အအုံနှင့် နည်းပညာများတွင် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုများ တိုးလာရန် လိုအပ်နေပါသေးသည်။ ပြန်လည်ပြည့်ဖြိုးမြဲစွမ်းအင်နှင့် စိမ်းလန်းသောနေရာများကဲ့သို့သော ရေရှည်တည်တံ့ခိုင်မြဲသော အခြေခံအဆောက်အအုံများ မဆိုထားနှင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ နေရာအများအပြားတွင် လမ်းခင်းထားသော လမ်းများနှင့် စိတ်ချရသော လျှပ်စစ်ဓာတ်အားကဲ့သို့သော အခြေခံအဆောက်အအုံများမှာ ယနေ့တွင်ဆိုးရွားသည့်အခြေအနေသို့ရောက်ရှိနေပါတယ်။ ၎င်းသည် SDG 11 တွင် သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် ရည်မှန်းချက်များကို အောင်မြင်ရန် ခက်ခဲစေပါတယ်။ ဒီတော့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ SDG 11 အောင်မြင်အောင် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အားလုံး ဘယ်လိုကူညီနိုင်မလဲ။ ၁။ ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော မူဝါဒများနှင့် အခြေခံအဆောက်အအုံများအတွက် ထောက်ခံအားပေးပါ- ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော မြို့ပြဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုကို ဦးစားပေးကာ အစိမ်းရောင်အခြေခံအဆောက်အအုံ (Green Buildings) နှင့် နည်းပညာများတွင် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံရန် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ decision-makers များကိုတွန်းအားပေးရန်လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ ၂။ အသိပညာတိုးပွားစေခြင်း- ရေရှည်တည်တံ့ခိုင်မြဲသောမြို့များနှင့် လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းများ၏ အရေးပါမှုအကြောင်းကို စာဖတ်သူကိုယ်တိုင်နှင့် အခြားသူများကို ပညာပေးကာ ဤအသိပညာများမှတဆင့် သင့်သူငယ်ချင်းများနှင့် မိသားစုတွေထံ မျှဝေပါ။ ၃။ ဒေသန္တရလုပ်ဆောင်မှုများကို ပံ့ပိုးပါ- စိမ်းလန်းသောနေရာများ၊ ပြန်လည်ပြည့်ဖြိုးမြဲစွမ်းအင်နှင့် စွန့်ပစ်ပစ္စည်းများလျှော့ချရေးကဲ့သို့သော ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သောဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုကို အာရုံစိုက်သည့် ဒေသတွင်းအဖွဲ့အစည်းများတွင် ကူညီပါဝင်ပါ။ ၄။ နေ့စဉ်ဘဝတွင် ရေရှည်တည်တံ့မှုကို လေ့ကျင့်ပါ- ယာဉ်ကြောပိတ်ဆို့မှုနှင့် လေထုညစ်ညမ်းမှုကို လျှော့ချရန် တစ်ယောက်တည်း ကားမောင်းမည့်အစား အများသုံးသယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်ရေးကိုဦးစားပေးပါ၊ လျှပ်စစ်ကားမျာကိုပိုမိုသုံးစွဲခြင်းကလဲ လေထုညစ်ညမ်းမှုကိုလျှော့ချပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ထို့အပြင် ပြန်လည်အသုံးပြုနိုင်သော ထုတ်ကုန်များ (Recycle Products) ကို အသုံးပြုခြင်းဖြင့် စွန့်ပစ်ပစ္စည်းများကို လျှော့ချလိုက်ပါ။ ၅။ ပြည်တွင်းအေခြေစိုက် သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့စည်းများအချင်းချင်း အတူတကွ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းအပြင် နိုင်ငံတကာအဖွဲ့အစည်းများဖြင့်ပါချိတ်ဆက်ခြင်းဖြင့် SDG 11 တွင် ချမှတ်ထားသော ရည်မှန်းချက်များ အောင်မြင်ပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော မြို့များနှင့် လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းများ တည်ဆောက်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ SDGs များအောင်မြင်ရေးတွင် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အားလုံးတွင် ပါဝငနိုင်သည့်အခန်းကဏ္ဍများကို သတိရပါ။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ကမ္ဘာအတွက် ရေရှည်တည်တံ့သော အနာဂတ်ကို တည်ဆောက်ရန် အတူတကွ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ကြပါစို့။ ရေးသားသူ - နိုင်ကျော်လူ . Today, let's talk about Sustainable Development Goal 11 (SDG 11), which focuses on building sustainable cities and communities. This is an essential goal for Myanmar to achieve, but it remains a significant challenge. One of the challenges we face in Myanmar is the rapid expansion and urbanization of our cities, which leads to traffic congestion and air pollution. Many people in our communities lack access to basic services like healthcare and safe housing, which hinders progress towards SDG 11. Additionally, sustainable infrastructure and technology are lacking in many parts of Myanmar. Paved roads and reliable electricity are in a state of disrepair, making it difficult to achieve the goals set in SDG 11. So, what can we do to help Myanmar achieve SDG 11?
