[Announcement] ℹ️ Information about FINAL reports & prize claim process! 📑🎁 ✅ _Providing some IMP information about your progress report_ 📑 We will be sending the FINAL progress reports to the student today (10th July) upto midnight so that you can verify your milestone. (This email will not reflect the students who will be transitioned to M4 from M3, that will come later) ✅ _Providing some IMP information about your prizes claim process_ 🎁 We will be sending out 2 emails to the eligible students for claiming the prizes/swags: 📩First email - Would be for collecting the feedback for the program from you. Take your Facilitators' help to fill it up. This email will be sent between 10th July to 17th July & would be COMPULSORY to fill in order to get the prizes. 📩Second email - Will ONLY be sent to the students who fill the feedback form and will contain the unique URL to claim and order their schwags. This email will not go out at once and we will be sending these out in batches. So, dear participants please keep patience for that. The progress reports will be sent tomorrow between 6 PM to 8 PM. Our team wanted to do a final check before sending them out to make sure that everything's correct for the final reports and hence they were not sent out today. [Announcement] Last day to complete milestones & more information about FINAL reports & swags claim process!⏰ Hey Everyone! Just here to reminder all of you that today is the last day of the program and after 11:59 PM tonight - no future quest and skill badge completions will be counted. A few advices for all of you below: ✅ Eligibility criteria for Milestone 3 (M3) students to get Milestone 4 (M4) As shared earlier, to account for the labs which are not working correctly, we will be providing the M4 prizes to M3 students who have: • Achieved M3 i.e. completed 30 quests and 15 skill badges, and Have completed at least 85% of M4 i.e. at-least 6 more badges in any format (either quests or skill badges or both) • Providing clarity: Students at M3, have already completed 75% of M4 and in order to reach 85%, they need 6 more badges. ✅ Providing some IMP information about your progress reports beforehand We will be sending the FINAL progress reports to the you tomorrow i.e. n 10th July so that they can verify their milestone. (This email will not reflect the students who will be transitioned to M4 from M3, that will come ahead) ✅ Providing some IMP information about your swags claim process beforehand We will be sending out 2 emails to the eligible students for claiming the prizes/swags: • First email - Would be for collecting the feedback for the program from the students. These labs are working fine now

[Announcement] The zone of many broken labs has now been updated ✅ The good news from this is that: ✔️ Please try restarting the labs that you think were not working yesterday. You will see that the zones of these labs has been updated and they should be up and running now. Though, engineering team has assured now that facilitators will be able to meet their 30 quests and 15 skill badges criteria and for the first time ever, they even shared a list of labs that they worked upon and fixed. Please find the same attached below in the CSV sheet so that you can identify where to focus your efforts. 🙂 ✔️ Students will NOT be able to complete the ultimate milestone, but can still complete earlier milestones Please note that we won't be able to extend the deadline any further as this is the best we could have gotten for you and the students after going through a lot of hurdles. Though, after the recent fixes, the only downside is that, student might not be able to meet the ultimate milestone. But can easily achieve milestones until Milestone 3. 🎉 Solution for this - To help students on Milestone 3 to reach Milestone 4, we will be setting up a criteria where if the students have completed a certain portion of Milestone 3, we would be shifting them to Milestone 4 and making them eligible for the prizes in Milestone 4.** Please stay tuned for this! [Announcement] Extending the program by another 24 hours ⏰ Extending the program by another 24 hours i.e. until 9th July 11:59 PM IST but "INTERNALLY" We are really sorry but we cannot extend the program by a lot. The program officially will end on 8th July as shared earlier but we will keep the tracking on "Internally" until 9th July 11:59 PM IST so that any completions that come in on 9th will also get counted. Meanwhile, the program team is trying their best to get the issues resolved by tonight. What if the issues with the labs still don't get fixed by 9th July? We are really sorry but we won't be able to extend this any further, even internally. And the program tracking will STOP after 9th July. Please note that we try our best to get as many students to win prizes as possible and attain the highest milestone possible. And hence from time to time, we provide relaxations, extensions, program changes etc. to help both students/facilitators. But things are unpredictable and sometimes out of our hands as well. That's why its always recommended to *NEVER procrastinate and try to complete your milestones/quests/skill badges as early as possible.* Happy Leaning 😁

ANNOUNCEMENT Hello Everyone, Tomorrow is the last date to complete the labs, and the GCRF Program 2022 will officially close tomorrow. Kindly make sure you complete the labs before July 8, 2022, 23:59. No extension will be provided in any case and the labs that you complete after July 8, 2022, 23:59 will not be counted towards prizes. All the best everyone! IMPORTANT SUBSCRIPTION EXTENSION UPDATE Hello Everyone, As the deadline of the program has been extended to 8th July, So you need to get another month of Qwiklabs Subscription to complete your labs As your qwiklabs subscription will expire on 25th June. Fill out the form below and you get the Details to extend your monthly subscription on your registered email. Instructions to get a new monthly subscription access code ✔️ 1. Fill out the following form - https://bit.ly/crf22-new-access-code with your registered email ID. 2. Wait for 24 hours to receive an email from Google with your new access code. 3. IMPORTANT Update 1. Students using their college computer along with their other friends randomly will not be flagged. 2. Students using college wifi or common wifi will not be flagged. 3. It will be only flagged if they are constantly using a single laptop or pc that another student is using NOTE: IF YOU ALREADY FILLED THE FORM AND IF YOU DON'T FALL IN THESE UPDATED CATEGORIES THEN NO WORRIES THE FOLLOWING STUDENTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM TOMORROW DURING VALIDATION CHECKS 1. Participants who are not students. 2. Participants who already received swags in other google cloud programs. 3. Participants who have duplicate entries 4. Participants who constantly use another student's laptop given that the other student is also using the laptop to complete his labs. (Fill Form for genuine reasons) NOTE: Only believe the information that you receive from the facilitator, or via Email from Google Cloud EDU, Other sources of information should be ignored. If you have any doubts always reach out to facilitators instead of watching YouTube videos and confusing yourselves.

IMPORTANT Kindly note that those students that are doing the program along with other students from the same Laptops, Computers, or on different computers in Colleges will be removed from the program from the 24th of this month and will not be eligible for prizes. If you and your friend/sister/brother are doing this program using the same laptop, you both will be eliminated from the program. To avoid kindly fill out this Google Form and upload any of your Government IDs for verification. Fill out the Google Form if you are 1. Doing the program on your friends/sisters/brother's laptop who is also enrolled in the program irrespective of the institution that they are enrolled in. To be on the safe side fill out the form even if you are on the same network like connected to the same wifi router in your home. 2. Doing the program on college computers with your friends also using the same computer to do the labs. To be on the safe side fill out the form if you use college wifi for your laptop or even if you share your wifi with friends that are doing this program. IMPORTANT ✅ Program Deadline has been extended till 8th July After suggestions from students, Google has decided to extend the final program deadline by 13 Days i.e from 25th June until 8th July 2022 at 11:59 PM IST (New Deadline) to complete your milestones. We sincerely hope that you will make use of this extra time and complete all of your milestones before this deadline. ✅ A few points regarding this change 1️⃣ We know that due to this change, some students might need a new subscription after 25th June since their subscription will expire, we will share more details on how they can get this very soon. 2️⃣ The deadline for profile updates remains the same i.e. 24th June 2022 11:59 PM IST. Important Announcement The "Explore Machine Learning Models with Explainable AI" in Track 4 has been replaced with "Secure Workloads in Google Kubernetes Engine" ✅ Just wanted to provide another quick update here. Please note that we have REPLACED the "Explore Machine Learning Models with Explainable AI" skill badge (https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/quests/126) in track 4 with the "Secure Workloads in Google Kubernetes Engine" skill badge. (https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/quests/142) in the syllabus. Why did we do this? 🤔 We had to make this replacement as the "What-if?" tool inside the skill badge is now deprecated and thus the skill badge is under maintenance and will soon be replaced by a newer technology. Since this change might not happen during our program, we had to go ahead and replace the skill badge with a different skill badge. What does this mean? 1. If you have already completed the "Explore Machine Learning Models with Explainable AI" skill badge, then you don't need to complete the "Secure Workloads in Google Kubernetes Engine" and your previous completion will be counted. Though, we definitely encourage you to do it as an extra learning. 💪 2. "Secure Workloads in Google Kubernetes Engine" is not an extra skill badge and is a replacement of the "Explore Machine Learning Models with Explainable AI" skill badge.
