On October 8, 2026, Prasan Nepal, 21, pleaded guilty in federal court to conspiracy to sexually exploit children. Prosecutors say he helped lead 764, an international online extremist network that coerces children into producing sexual abuse material, self-harm, and other disturbing acts.
⚖️ Federal investigators identified at least eight minor victims. Nepal faces 15–30 years in prison.
California connections: Federal authorities have also prosecuted or charged suspected 764 participants in Porterville, Downey, and the San Fernando Valley.
⚠️ Separate federal cases involving the network have documented allegations of children being coerced into carving satanic symbols into their bodies. This establishes reported occult-themed abuse, not proof of organized satanic religious rituals.
❤️ Parents and communities: Awareness matters. Online predators can use threats, blackmail, and psychological coercion to exploit vulnerable children.
