Here is my new mascot! You can call her just Opal or Mutt too, whatever works! She loves to dig in the dirt and go for long walks along riverbeds and shorelines in search of minerals! Her favorites are opal, rose quartz, honey calcite, and chrysocolla✨

I definitely like the sheltie more than the wolf so i'm going to keep playing with this design!

It's time I design THE opal mutt. new mascot soon...👀 so I actually have been trying to make a mascot for 5? years now and i'm so indecisive with character designs BUT i'm finally doing the thing ✍️ just need to focus hard. The goal is to have a cute suit that will represent my brand so I can interact more with y'all at cons 🫣

6 years ago today I made my very first fursuit! It was a candy corn themed bat. I used cheap low quality craft fur and not a single seam was sewn🤣 I mostly winged most of it! Last year I made another bat for halloween just to see my progress. Oh how time flies! 🦇

currently mending my handmade overalls from Nepal after snagging it on a tree branch and i'm inspecting the inside for the first time. It's so refreshing to see things be so...imperfect. like wow this was made by a person. Every seam touched somebodies hands on the opposite side of the world and now it's in my hands. I wonder if all the fabric was hand dyed too. It's so gorgeous on the outside that the internal 'flaws' don't even matter either. I feel like the same thought process can be applied to fursuits too. like, we are just critters doing this all by hand! A little uncut thread here and a glue spot there...don't worry about it! as long as it looks great on the outside and performs well thats all that matters! Anyways i'm yapping. handmade fashion is one of my interests that i'm trying to get into so just wanted to share my thoughts as I fix my overalls ^_^ I find this stuff so cool
