In today's world, living a healthier lifestyle requires effort.
Some areas to be aware of:
- Eating clean and healthy food - check the ingredients in everything you buy. Don't trust anyone. After a while you'll know what's safe (and even then you should check again once in a while)
- drinking clean water - this is really important and worth investing in. Mineral water, filtered water, any other solution over the tap water that isn't in great quality in most places
- clothes - choose 100% cotton or linen. The polyester clothes are bad for your skin.
I highly recommend doing so for your bed sheets as well.
- sunlight - get a lot of sunlight. You'll feel great for it.
- walking and exercise - commit to daily walks and exercise, this will greatly improve your health and vitality
- meditation- it's clear that the mind is bombarded with so much information and noise. You can create a place without it - of peace and quiet for yourself. Meditation is where you can do just that.
These are some basic areas where you can feel much better and stronger fast and improve your health and well being for yourself and loved ones.

It will never cease to amaze me how willingly people choose to create their own prisons and take away their freedom.
Adopting the narratives tools and technologies of oppression that the current system imposes upon them.
Think people, think. You were given a mind and soul from your Creator yet you choose to continue in the confinement of these gifts, the creation of your own prison.

Remove friction from yourself and the path to creation.
Friction as an example could be over - organizing or a long chain of actions you need to take before starting the action.
Getting straight into the action is the skill you need to develop, rather than creating lengthy routines and warmups that eventually cause you to spend too much time on admin tasks and unnecessary friction.
Here's an example:
The person who needs to prepare a shake, drink coffee, eat a banana, stretch, do a 30 minutes walk, drive 20 minutes, switch to a special suit, and only then start a workout
Vs
The one who gets ready to go immediately
Who's going to last longer in the routine?
I would bet the one who focuses on getting directly to the action as possible.
This is just an example and it can be more nuanced or in between these polar opposites, but something for you to think about.

Q: "How can one develop this kind of communication skills"
That's a great question from Daniel, thank you for asking. Also - I encourage you all to help eachother and share your own knowledge for all of us to learn.
With that being said, here's my answer.
First of all, like any other skill, this comes with practice.
Now one of the best ways for you and anyone who wants to improve their communication skills is to begin with the opposite of active communication.
What I mean by that is to put more effort into observation and listening. This will teach you a ton about the patterns that emerge in conversation.
So give this exercise a go during the next few days or more.
Do your best in every situation to listen as much as possible.
Make it a game - how long can you let others speak without speaking yourself?
How can you help them keep the interaction going?
You see, the actual basis behind this is that most people have a challenge being present and attentive to others. They have so much going on in their minds. This creates friction in their communication because they are overthinking it.
If you can be that person to give them a place to speak and verbalize, without having to push your own agenda back immediately, you'll gain immeasurable skills of communication which will allow you to also understand and observe the patterns.
Of course, that is not to say you should stop speaking at all.
A well conducted discussion with a brilliant conversation feels like a musical co-operation, a balanced interaction between two skilled communicators. Together, you blend into one and the other.
But the basic secret to master first is the art of listening. The art of giving presence.
Once you master listening you can go on and add more tools in your toolbox, which by that time may already come naturally to you.
Feel free to report back or ask any other question. I hope this helps and if anyone else has some tips to share in the comments it would be great.

Flow based communication
Can you remember a time in your life when you were deeply immersed in conversation?
When time passed without you noticing?
When the world around you and your conversation partner faded and you felt like in your own "bubble"?
Well, that's flow based communication.
This happens when two or more minds align and synchronize.
Your minds lock in to the same frequency of communication, just like a radio transmission to the right track.
It takes a level of calibration.
That is why you don't usually immediately get into flow with anyone.
It happens more easily with people who are aware of energy and frequencies (through meditation and awareness development)
It becomes a natural skill.
So when you have a conversation with someone, you can start noticing on what level they are speaking to you.
You can observe on what emotion or vibe they are, and you can match it or meet them in the middle. (You can always help raise them up if you can)
It's a great way to really connect with others and have deeper interactions based on Flow
It's something you have to practice to get good at, and it will improve over time.
You'll be able to understand people better and communicate much more efficiently.
That's all for today's post and hope you enjoyed it.

Many of you may have heard about the flow state.
For those of you who haven't, The Flow state is the ideal intersection between your skill level and the challenge in front of you.
This chart demonstrates this intersection.
When you are immersed in deep flow you are able to get more done in that time. Time tends to pass either faster or slower, you are more focused, and you are enjoying the task.
It engages you and stimulates you mentally and physically.
I recommend you strive for at least 1-2 hours of flow each day - whether in your work, a hobby, study or in conversation.
Like this message if you want me to write about the different types of flow states and how to access this state more easily when needed.

In today's world, I believe the path forward is of multidisciplinary mastery.
The main areas of mastery as I see them today to enable us to become the best version of ourselves are:
1. Physical
2. Mental & intellectual
3. Spiritual\meta-physical
So to become masters and well rounded polymaths that have achieved excellence and mastery in all domains it is wise to focus on becoming good in the following areas (in at least 1 or more in each area):
1. Physical activity
2. A musical instrument and/or digital music production
3. An income generating craft
4. Writing
5. Coding
6. Cooking
7. Personal finance
8. Relationships and communication
9. Creation of art, valuable content, or crafts
10. Inner work such as - meditation, mindfulness, prayer, or other practices
This list was written in no particular order - one needs to create their own hierarchy to determine where to focus first and in what manner.
The key is to pursue mastery and excellence in all domains and improve yourself consistently to enjoy the fruits of your actions.
True mastery is what eventually allows us freedom, satisfaction, and strength in our life.
