Black soil wicket, which wasn’t used last year. Plenty of cracks, but they were in the T20Is too when we saw 221 & 237 being scored. Should again be a good batting surface. Samson is not expecting a lot of dew, hence batting first. But as per curator it can arrive in the later half of the second innings.
