Hey all! So I’ve been putting a lot of my efforts lately toward The Bedini Schoolgirl motor. The story behind this device is a 9 year old girl won her science fair by creating a ‘free energy’ device. Her science teachers were outraged due to the fact her device was seemingly breaking the law of conservation of energy. This device is essentially a battery powered generator/motor combination. Her battery powered a load for 5 days when V=IR said it should have lasted for 5 hours. John Bedini is the engineer who showed the girl this device, Rip to him. Times are tough, everybody is in debt, and everybody is living on credit. A tourist visiting the area drives through the village, stops at the hotel, and lays a £50 pound note on the desk saying he wants to inspect the rooms upstairs to pick one for the night. As soon as he walks upstairs, the hotel owner grabs the note and runs next door to pay his debt to the butcher. (now... pay attention) The butcher takes the £50 and runs down the street to repay his debt to the pig farmer. The pig farmer takes the £50 and heads off to pay his bill to his feed supplier. The guy at the supplier takes the £50 and runs to pay his debt to the local prostitute, who has also been facing hard times and has had to offer her "services" on credit. Now, the hooker rushes to the hotel and pays off her room bill with the hotel owner. The hotel proprietor then places the £50 back on the counter so the traveller will not suspect anything. At that moment the traveller comes back down the stairs, stating that the rooms are not satisfactory, picks up the £50 pound note and leaves. No one produced anything and no one earned anything! However... the whole village now thinks that they are out of debt and there is a false atmosphere of optimism and glee! And that, my friends, is how a government works!

The legal requirement of that 'consent' is the formal and legal agreement, transfering your power of legal attorney at law over to another, for another person to represent you legally. That formal signed legal agreement must be on record as evidence of your consent, and proof that another person has your authority to act on your behalf. When there is NO material evidence on record (as required legally) of your signed consent transfering power of attorney over, then you are NOT governed. The acts and statutes of parliament have no legitimacy and are illegal without your signed consent. Governed by consent. The word 'by' creates a legal dependency (mandatory obligation) that must first be met, before there can be governed or government. Government can not exist in isolation from governed. Where there is no governed, and no material evidence of the governed existing on or for the record, then the 'claim' of government is simply fraud because there is no governed as the legal dependency clearly has not been met. Simply put, the acts and statutes of Parliament are not only fraudluent, they DO NOT apply to ANYONE. Next, about that word Law. Law is formal (on paper) and legal (signed) agreement, agreeing to what law is. Now, where is the signed agreement? If no one can produce the agreement, then what is law? A - Void ab inito. A STATE is a company no different to McDonalds, if you don't work for the company McDonalds then you are not liable under any of the McDonalds company policies, and you have no OBLIGATION to follow McDonalds rules; this is the same for the State/HM Parliaments and Governments PLC. Just like all companies McDonalds PLC has a company mascot- "Ronald McDonald", the same can be said for HM Parliaments and Governments PLC, their company mascot is- "His Majesty the KING". So here we have two companies, two Legal Embodiments created by an act of registration, they are registered otherwise they wouldn't be a company. All that is created in the same way is EQUAL in status, McDonalds PLC is EQUAL to HM Parliaments and Governments PLC; meaning, HM Parliaments and Governments PLC is NO GREATER THAN McDonalds PLC, and McDonalds PLC is NO LESS THAN HM Parliaments and Governments PLC. Two companies with EQUAL powers, i.e, NONE unless you formally and legally agree BY consent; yet one of these companies is taking away our freedom, stealing from us, and inflicting wilful and belligerent ACTS of terrorism upon us, and simply because it is accepted by the majority. Time to hold these criminals to account once and for all, the Baron David Affidavit puts ALL of the Acts and Statutes in the BIN, and gives us the means to Commercially Back-charge these 'government' representatives in the office of Westminster, their licenced companies and subordinates. Have you ever tried to justify a tax 'bill', a PCN, a fixed penalty, or any so called fine without using political words and phrases, such as: - Government, Legislation, Act/Statute, "Law", County, Council, State, Licence, and Jurisdiction? Try it, take a minute and try it, just use the facts. Describe what "Government" is factually without using the word "government", or any of the others listed. I highly doubt that any representative of the State or its licenced companies will ever be able to do so; and a tax or traffic offence simply cannot be justified let alone proven to be based on any tangible evidence. This is why representatives of the so-called state blindside you with inane legal opinions 'ad nauseam', which means - "to a disgusting extent". This gives an appearance, rather a pretence or illusion of validity, but it is still just a pretence, a real flimsy Public Relations scam. Lawyers for instance, appear not to even know the difference between facts and opinions. The constant barrage of jibba jabba mind fookery you encounter once you enter the HM Parliaments and Governments PLC La-La-Land is not unlike Alice's experience once she enters wonderland, because both here, and there, words mean whatever the people with titles and uniforms says or thinks they mean. In their world representatives of the State make words mean whatever they want them to on a day to day basis; up is down, left is right, dogs are cats, men are women, white is black and black is white, brutal callous kidnap is 'acting within the scope of one's employment', and armed robbery is taxation; for example (government) govern BY consent, which the State representatives such as MPs interpret to mean a majority consent instead of the obviously correct individual consent. These people seem to think "by consent" means their consent, not ours; the problem for them is there is no physical presentable material evidence of anyone actually formally consenting to be governed, none whatsoever; and this takes out the very foundation of any claim made under any Legislative Rule of HM Parliaments and Governments Private Limited Company. The Acts and Statutes of HM Parliaments and Governments PLC can only be given the FORCE of law BY the consent OF the governed. There is a mandatory requirement BEFORE a legislative rule can be given the FORCE of law BY the consent OF the governed. That word "BY" creates a legal dependency which MUST be fulfilled. Never in 800 years have the governed given their formal and legal consent BY signing in WET INK the LEGALLY REQUIRED "consent of the governed" on and for the public record; and never in 800 years have the governed formally and legally transferred their Powers of Attorney, so there are NO governed people, therefore; there can be no legal or legitimate Government, because one cannot exist without the other. The circa 67.5 million people in the UK did not formally consent to be governed, nor did the circa 67.5 million people in the UK formally and legally transfer their power of Attorney; so there is NO GOVERNMENT. THIS IS A FACT which needs to be understood. Legal is BY AGREEMENT. There is no OBLIGATION or LIABILITY under any of the Acts and Statutes of HM Parliaments and Governmens PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY, not unless you actually work for the company and have physically signed a contract of employment agreeing to be liable under the company policy.
