Dear community, we are happy to announce that we will be launching a fully recoded website in the next week. It'll come with a lot of bug fixes that have been bothering customers a long time. Additionally the IPv6 proxy product will be fully available again for automatic delivery. The datacenter product will be moved to the User:Pass format. Additionally it will support static sessions as well. Our residential product will keep the current pricing and will receive an increased pool size. This means that performance will increase across all use cases. I will gladly update here for further updates. Please note that the old dashboard will stay active on a different domain in order for everyone to keep using their current plans once the new version is live. We will disable the purchase of purchases on the old version though in order to move all customers to the new panel over time. We have updated the proxy list in order to temporarily provide access to most of the pool. Due to the cloudflare outage we are still unable to update our load balancer properly. We are now awaiting cloudflare to resolve their local issues (https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/) We will update the proxy list again after we can edit our load balancer properly and offer 100% IP count again. Update: We have recovered the CA location fully and it is back operating as usual with less IPs, please give us today to add all other geolocations in order to offer you the full IP pool again. You can use the proxies as normal, the pool is smaller though until we get all other geolocations added.

Quick update on the situation: We have almost set up all geolocations now, but to our surprise Cloudflare is currently partly down which hinders us from updating our dns records. Since this is out of our hands we can currently not give any ETA, but we are hoping to get it resolved in the next 4-5 hours.

It should be back, we are still monitoring the situation. We will add 4 more geolocations & multiple more servers in the following week to finally resolve these issues.

We are aware of the current issue with datacenter proxies. We are working on a solution and will keep you updated. All time lost will be compensated accordingly. We are really sorry for any inconveniences caused.

Compensation time has been applied to all users!

We were hit by a heavy abuse attack on our datacenter infrastructure starting yesterday evening. The problem has been successfully resolved now and the datacenter proxies are up and running again. In the next minutes we will add 24 hours to any plan on the datacenter product to compensate for the 16 hour downtime. Once again sorry for any inconveniences caused!

@here There is an unexpected downtime for the datacenter proxies. Explanation: There is a downtime with one of our upstream providers which specifically hit our router which routes the traffic for our 15k+ IPs, that's why proxy requests time out. ETA: Usually resolved within <2h Update: Router is restarting and should be up soon.
