It was not out of syllabus. Not one question was.
It was hard because it asked you to USE the syllabus instead of
recall it.
Paper 1 stopped asking "what did Marx say" and started asking
"does Marx still work when the example is platform work in Delhi."
Paper 2 stopped asking you to describe Srinivas and started asking
what YOU think land reform should look like now.
That is not a harder syllabus. That is a different skill — and it is
teachable, from day one, if the course is built for it.

❌ 20 marker: 6 points in a list
This is the most common mistake Neha Ma'am sees in 20 markers.
More points ≠ more marks. A 20 marker needs explanation and connection between the points, not a longer list.
Example:
10 marker ➜ "Platform work increases algorithmic control."
20 marker ➜ explain HOW: ratings, automated task allocation, incentives and digital monitoring do the supervisor's job, even when workers are spread out.
